Located in a lively Cologne neighborhood with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. The Cologne trade fair can be reached by subway/S-Bahn in about 25 minutes. In Cologne, private travelers must pay a cultural promotion levy of 5% of the overnight price. This amount will be deducted directly at the time of booking.

If you are staying in this centrally located accommodation, your family has all the important points of contact nearby. Bus and train connections are within walking distance in a few minutes. Within 100 meters there are supermarkets such as Lidl and Aldi. 2 gas stations and a McDonald's. It is located on a busy road, with peak times of increased noise from cars & trucks, but the property is equipped with triple glazed windows, but still not much noise

The apartment is located in a quiet side street facing the rear courtyard. It is very quiet there and there is even a small terrace that is shielded from rain by a balcony. You can enjoy a coffee there in the summer. A washer and dryer are in the basement, so they don't take up space in the apartment. The amenities are plentiful and if there are any wishes, we do everything to fulfill them. By the way, colorful Ehrenfeld life is not far away.

The apartment is located in a house from the 30s and has recently been extensively renovated. I live in the apartment myself and rent it out when I'm not there.
