Holiday rentals with beach access in Nisaki

The apartment is beautiful, superb view, sea a few meters away, very quiet place, perfect for exploring the island. Sophia provided us with useful information about restaurants and places to visit, for the arrival her son welcomed us perfectly we will return to this wonderful island

Another fantastic stay at Anna’s studio. We were so well looked after, and the location/accommodation was perfect. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. We will be back!

I booked the accommodation with my sister because of the balcony, and we were not disappointed. Dining on the balcony every day with this view was simply wonderful. You always need a car, nothing is within walking distance, but the location is still convenient and the surroundings are beautiful. We would like to go back.

Very lovable people own this magic place. They’ve been very caring with us every day. The place is absolutely amazing, you have a beautiful view on all ipsos bay and is very near to the beach bars and markets.

Very friendly family, the place is clean and you can also order traditional Albanian food delivered to your room.

We spent 10 wonderful days in Barbati. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: all kitchen utensils, a refrigerator, a kettle, a toaster, a washing machine. There was no microwave, but we cooked and heated on the stove and in the oven. What we especially liked: all windows, even balcony doors, have mosquito nets. This is a rare and very useful feature, as there are many mosquitoes on the island. The apartment was perfectly cleaned for our arrival, in addition, in 10 days we were offered cleaning twice, as well as a change of linen and towels. The beds were very comfortable, each room had air conditioning. The apartments have a large balcony with a wonderful sea view, as well as a terrace with a dining area in the courtyard. The apartment was very quiet, the area was very clean and well-maintained, with flowering and fruit trees all around. The road to the beach is mountainous, but the beach is beautiful and very close, as well as a bakery, shops and restaurants. Thank you and see you again!

The beach house is the perfect beach house in an idyllic setting. The accommodation is spotless and well appointed. Xanthi also provides all the extras you would want for the beach towels kids toys and even sea kyaks and a paddle board. We had already stayed in Xanthis Corfu town apartment and before we left she had given us lots of info on the area which is a 5 min drive from Kassiopi with lots of tavernas and shops. You can also walk 20 mins to the town With the beautiful gardens and seating in and out of the sun you might find you never want to move further than the garden and the water outside your gate! We stayed at Theo’s place with my parents, and we absolutely loved it! The apartment had a beautiful sea view—we could sit on the terrace and enjoy our morning coffee or evening chats. It had everything we needed, which made our stay very comfortable. It’s about a 15–20 minute walk to the nearest beach, Barbati. This wasn’t an issue for us, but it might be a bit challenging for people with mobility issues, as the area is quite hilly. The beach has pebbles, so it’s very clean. There’s also a bus stop about 5 minutes away, which takes you to Corfu town, and with just one transfer, you can reach the airport. The apartment was clean, and the hosts came midway through our stay to bring fresh towels. We were also welcomed with a bowl of fruit, which was a lovely touch. What was surprising is that the place doesn’t have a house number but you’ll get a hyperlink which is accurate though. I definitely think the place is worth the money, and we would happily stay there again.

The place exceeded our expectations, it’s even better than the photos. Very clean, just a 10minute walk to the old town, and you can literally dive into the sea right across the street. There are also plenty of parking spots, as well as food and coffee nearby, which was super convenient.

Danae is a wonderful host. The property is clean, as described, responses are all timely and she takes time to make some great local recommendations too!

The place is just beautiful! You can tell that it was furnished with a lot of love and is still very well taken care of. It was super clean and was also cleaned very thoroughly again during our stay. The hosts are also very friendly, have always inquired about us and have been quick to reach. The view of the sea and the location on the beach sweeten the day in the morning. We were super happy and will definitely come back!!

Lovely location, house as described, it is small and simple inside with a lovely garden and direct access to the sea. A nice welcome pack and plenty of essential items like toilet rolls and bin bags provided, which was a bonus as no one wants to shop for these on holiday! We really enjoyed our stay and also George and Elena's Taverna across the road where we were given a really warm welcome and great food.

We had a wonderful time at Marina's place and felt very comfortable! The location directly on the water is simply a dream and you can hardly believe your eyes when you wake up in the morning and look directly at the sea from your bed. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need on vacation. Our highlight was the SUP boards that we were allowed to use to paddle on the water. Marina gave us great tips for the island and the surrounding area and her mother was always available as a local contact. We highly recommend the place ☺️

5 stars are not enough for Elpida! She was by far the kindest, most accommodating host I’ve ever had: friendly, helpful, and flexible throughout my stay. Her apartment is truly straight out of a design magazine. While it’s tucked right in the heart of Corfu’s UNESCO-listed Old Town, full of charm and history, the space itself is modern, thoughtfully furnished, and full of “good vibes.” Every corner is cozy, stylish, and sparkling clean. The view from the window of the iconic bell tower was breathtaking, and everything I needed: restaurants, shops, history, the sea, was just steps away. Airport is 30 mins walk! This was hands down the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at, and I’m already planning to come back. Highly, highly recommend. Thank you Elpida!

Sofia is a wonderful and kind host, she welcomed us although we have made the booking in the last minute! This is a lovely place to stay: bright and airy with a marvellous view out onto the sea. It's at the edge of the old town, so it's really quick and easy (especially with the help of your phone) to find your way around. The Faliraki beach is a five minute walk if you need a quick swim and there are plenty of nice places to eat all around. Apostolia could not have been more helpful with instructions, advice and recommendations. We had a wonderful holiday there.
