Beachfront holiday rentals in Nisaki

We really enjoyed our stay. We were a family with two children (a baby and a three year old) and Victorias place was great (note bedrooms are at either end of the house). San stef is a charming little bay with several restaurants and we loved the beach at Kerasia- a five minute drive away (also walkable). While it’s possible to swim in San stef, the water is not as clear with lots of boats. There are a lot of begging cats - one kept coming inside, and they tend to frequent the local bins so I’d suggest not feeding them! The apartment is larger than I expected with lots of outdoor space and we liked the ground level access which is shared by the upstairs neighbours. The kitchen is equipped for basic cooking and the shop next door was convenient. The apartment has useful extras like a beach umbrella beach and towels. Victoria was so helpful with organising us a taxi and even helping sort a doctor for our child. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend her place.

Une semaine parfaite en famille. Visites, randonnées, plage (même si l'eau est un peu fraiche début mai), restaurants et gastronomie locale (avons loué une voiture pour parcourir l'île). Nous avons profité au maximum. Georgia a été très bien, tant au niveau de la communication, l'accueil, ses recommandations et sa disponibilité. Séjour au calme à 50 m de la mer, la maison est charmante avec son grand jardin et ses équipements extérieurs. Intérieur confortable, literie parfaite, salle de bains idem. A part les petits déjeuners nous avons mangé un soir en terrasse sinon tout le temps en extérieur. Nous avons adoré !

I am originally from Corfu but I've been living abroad for most of my life. I contemplated writing this review in Greek, but the reality is that Corfiots already know what a gem of a flat this is. So I am writing this in English to help anyone else who wants to visit. This is the most amazing AirBnB you will find in Corfu old town, period. If you've watched the Durrell tv series and wondered how it would feel to live in that era, but with modern amenities and comfort, look no further. Maria and Francesca's place is the most warm, authentic, well-kept, 200 year old apartment I have ever been to. St. Spiridon, Old and New Fortress, Liston square, Faliraki beach, Yacht Club, Kapodistrias' home, the Sunrise and Sunset are all there for you to enjoy from your countless windows or the one-of-a-kind Belvedere outpost, accessible by an interior staircase. Now, if you happen to spend Greek Easter here, you are in for a treat. You can see the fireworks, marching bands etc. right in front of you!

Accommodation very well located in Saranda with a lovely balcony and view of the sea. Flat was clean and was perfect for a few days.

Super séjour dans ce logement spacieux et peu cher ! Des commerces, des restaurants et la plage à proximité, nous avons même pu partir en excursion à Corfou une journée. Léonard est réactif et nous a donné de bons conseils. Très arrangeant également. je recommande !

Wir hatten wunderbare zwei Wochen als Gast von Spyros in der schönen Villa Kommeno, mit eigenem Garten, Zugang zum Meer und herrlichem Blick über die Bucht von Gouvia. Wir können uns den vielen anderen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Haus, Lage, Ausstattung, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants - einfach perfekt! Die Liste der Nachteile ist kurz; sollte man aber wissen, bevor man bucht. Die laute Straße hinter dem Haus, aber selbst wir, die in einem ruhigen Dorf wohnen, haben uns schnell dran gewöhnt. Nachts ist Ruhe. Der Zugang zu Meer ist kein Strand, sondern eine Mauer, von der man mit einem Schritt ins knietiefe Wasser steigen kann. Nach ein paar Schritten ist das Wasser tief genug zum Schwimmen in der Bucht. Badeschuhe sind zu empfehlen. Das Wasser ist nicht so klar wie am offenen Meer, aber dafür hat man eine exklusive , perfekt ausgestattete Liegewiese, ohne ölige Handtuch-Nachbarn mit Ghetto-Blaster auf Tuchfühlung. Wir haben dieses Privileg sehr genossen.

The villa looks just like the photos. The view is absolutely breathtaking and the pool is great. The host was very helpful with queries before and during our stay. The only disappointment was that it was a longer walk into the village than I had expected (about 25 mins along the road). There is a quicker route (just on from dimitri's) but it's a very steep climb and we didn't brave it. We didn't have a car and managed but it would be difficult to get around with young children or elderly. There is a bus stop not far from the villa which takes about 10 mins to cassiopi which has a lot more shops and restaurants and you can take boat trips from there. Highly recommend taking one of these. You can book George's boat to Corfu town and get on at Kalami. Lovely way to travel there along the coastline and only EUR 25 return. Kalami is really beautiful with restaurants facing out to sea. The supermarket has everything you need and will deliver if you email an order the night before.

Gerasimos was always very quick to respond to all our questions. Particularly our questions on local tavernas. He went out of his way to arrange food for our first night, he recommended a great driver and vehicles and supported us with transfer details. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Fantastic views from the villa and amazing sunsets. Great play area in the semi basement for the family with their young children… only shame no windows but the description states that. Kitchen area was a little small but we managed it. We had a fabulous week with the family… and would definitely return!!

Alloggio pulitissimo e la posizione è fantastica, si affaccia direttamente sulla piscina e sulla spiaggia semi-privata. Abbiamo soggiornato in 10 amici per un addio al celibato, dispone di 5 camere matrimoniali, ognuna con il proprio bagno, una cucina spaziosa, una sala, ed uno spazio all’esterno dove poter mangiare. Dista circa 15 minuti di auto dal centro di Ypsos.

In de meivakantie hebben wij hier met ons gezin (2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen) een goede tijd gehad. Nette moderne studio van alle gemakken voorzien. In deze periode was het resort met voorzieningen echter nog gesloten & was het verder vrij rustig. We maakten vanuit hier mooie uitstapjes in de omgeving én genoten van het kleine strandje voor aan het resort, voor een frisse duik in de zee. De gastheer is goed bereikbaar en super vriendelijk. Ik zou het ten zeerste aanbevelen!

A fantastic villa in a quiet but central location on the island, with enough shops and restaurants within walking distance but also only a short drive to supermarkets and nearby beach resorts and Corfu Town. The villa is exactly like the photos, immaculately presented and with a very nice surprise of a welcome food & drink hamper - particularly useful as we arrived late on a Sunday! The outside space is fantastic for kids, fully enclosed and the hot-tub/pool combination were enjoyed by all - with a good size gas bbq for hosting/dining outside. Rooms were all a good size and the main living area has everything you could possibly need, loads of plates, glasses etc and a smart TV and bluetooth stereo system. Would definitely recommend! Daphne was a great host too, always on hand and very responsive to any questions or requests.

I had a delightful stay at Villa Yiannitsis - starting with the perfect location right on the water with views of the sunset and the Albanian mountains. It was hard to ever want to leave the porch and lounge chairs because of the view! The house is very comfortable, and wonderful to hear the sound of the sea. Lots of restaurants nearby if you walk along the shore, and for me, the hiking nearby was good. I was sad to leave and hope to be back in Corfu. Also, the homemade 🍷 my hosts left for me was wonderful.

Logement fidèle aux photos, heure d’arrivée et de départ flexible, parfait pour des journées off, logement excentré donc super pour avoir le calme mais nécessite de prendre la voiture pour aller chercher de quoi manger, merci petter !

l'appartement est magnifique, superbe vue, mer à quelques mètres, endroit très calme, parfait pour rayonner autour de l'île Sophia nous a fourni des renseignements utiles sur les restaurants et lieux à visiter, pour l'arrivée son fils nous a parfaitement accueilli nous reviendrons sur cette île merveilleuse

I had a wonderful stay in Srande! The location is absolutely perfect—right at the beginning of the Promenada, which made it so easy to enjoy walks, cafes, and the beautiful surroundings. The place was as described, great view, cozy, clean, and had everything I needed. A special thanks to the host, Khris, who was incredibly responsive and helpful—he replied to any questions within minutes! I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, inkl. toller Gastgeschenke. Die Unterkunft ist sehr üppig ausgestattet, sauber und einladend. Schöne Taverne in der Nachbarschaft. Gastgeber waren stehts freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir haben unsere Zeit bei Angela sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation war einfach und sie hat immer schnell geantwortet. Das Apartment war sauber und abgeschirmt von der Straße, sodass man keinen Lärm gehört hat. Der Check-In und Check-Out lief problemlos ab und war ganz easy. Angela hat uns außerdem auch Empfehlungen für verschiedene Strände gegen, worüber wir sehr dankbar waren.

I really enjoyed my stay at Spyro’s apartment . It was quiet and this is what I needed. The bed was comfortable and everything clean . I was keen to have an earlier check in and this was possible I could also check out a little later . The communication was fabulous and they even arranged a taxi to come for me to take me to the airport on check out. Very close to a beautiful view point , shops and restaurants . Also quiet though not a noisy area . I would highly recommend .

The apartment felt super new and renovated with a great view over the ocean. The bed was one of the most comfortable airbnb beds I’ve ever had, and same with the pillow… So I slept like a baby. The host was very helpful and replied very fast - a lamp broke and he came in and fixed it straight away, even went and bought a new one (not the light bulb, but the actual lamp lol). Super happy with the cozy home, friendly host and neighbors. Definitely recommend this place.

The location was amazing, stunning views, you could walk to local beaches/coves and restaurants. Kalami had everything you needed too. Swimming off the jetty and from the very small beach was special and the snorkelling was excellent! .The garden was full of beautiful views and spots to relax. The bedrooms are not accessible to each other or the main indoor area, they have separate doors from the courtyard and on separate levels, which is a consideration if you have young children. Also the jetty and lower gardens are shared with adjacent properties, which wasn’t a problem for us at all. (There was a water sports jetty moored nearby which could get a little busy but it was half term. ) Overall a very authentic, rustic, beautiful place to stay. The host messaged lots and was very helpful.
