The building is new and simple. It is located in a quiet villa area a little away from the Niseko ski resort area. One bedroom with two beds. The room is a one bedroom, one living room, and one dining room, and can accommodate up to two people. You can bring up to one pet (pet fee: 2,000 yen. Only pets that are house-trained are allowed) You can check in and check out by yourself. It is a quiet residential area on the outskirts of town. You will definitely need a car to go shopping or to restaurants. Each of Niseko's ski resorts is within 20 minutes by car. Rusutsu Resort Ski Resort is 30 minutes away by car. Niseko View Plaza (Michi-no-Eki) is a 5-minute drive away. If you go outside and take a short walk around the neighborhood, you can see Mt. Yotei and the ski resort in the distance on a clear day. ※ Accommodation tax has been introduced in Niseko Town and Hokkaido.

This charming chalet is well appointed & located in the Moiwa area less than 2 minutes drive from the Moiwa Resort & 3 minutes drive from the Annupuri Resort. The 1F is where you will enjoy the open plan kitchen & living space. The 2F loft is spacious yet cozy where you will sleep. We also have 2 x futons (Japanese floor mattress) available for guests. The toilet & shower is also located on the 2nd floor. The house is extremely well insulated and will keep you toasty warm during your stay.

This is a private rental villa, just a 2-min. drive from Rusutsu Resort. It takes 90-120 minutes by bus or car from Sapporo or New Chitose Airport to Rusutsu Resort.
