This building is like a fully independent two-family house. It is a cozy 1LDK house that is just right for 2 people. The host lives next door. The building is new and simple: It is a quiet villa area a little away from the Niseko ski resort area. Bedroom 1, 2 beds. The room is 1LDK and is recommended for up to 2 people. One pet is allowed (pet fee 2000 yen.Only potty trained children allowed) You can check in and check out by self check-in. It is a quiet residential area on the outskirts of town.It is definitely a place where you need a car to go shopping and restaurants. 20 minutes drive to each ski resort in Niseko. Rusutsu Resort Ski Resort is 30 minutes away by car. 5-minute drive to Niseko View Plaza (Roadside Station). If you go outside and take a short walk around the neighborhood, you can see Mt. Yotei and the ski slopes in the distance on sunny days. * Accommodation tax has been introduced in Niseko Town. The accommodation fee is "200 yen per person per night" (≧▽ ≦)

Since it is an entire building, we will provide a relaxing space for families, friends, and couples. We have a welcome basket for overnight guests. The two bedroom two bathroom en-suite apartments occupy levels 2 and 3 while the four separate studios are on the first level. The basement level contains a large ski dry room. The two bedroom apartments have a large living area with plenty of space to relax in. Several popular restaurants are within a short walk but for those wishing to cook, every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen.

The chalet is located close to restaurants and just a few minutes walk to the Hirafu intersection & convenience stores.
