The building is exclusively for guests on the right and the host's home office on the left, with an independent private design and soundproof walls inside.

Oreo Niseko is a new space created in 2025 to help you enjoy Niseko to the fullest all season long, in a great location 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot from Kutchan Station, in the center of Niseko. We have several parking lots available, so you can enjoy all the activities Niseko has to offer. Access to the ski slopes is also easy, and on clear days you can see Mt. Yotei. In winter, there is also a free shuttle bus from nearby Kutchan station to the ski resort. With the latest design and comfort, we offer a luxurious time to spend quietly in a sophisticated space unique to a new building. Because it is a stand-alone facility, all rooms are rented out entirely, so you can enjoy a comfortable stay with your family and friends while maintaining your privacy. The property is 2kms from central Kutchan with numerous restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores in town.
