One pet is allowed (pet fee 2000 yen.Only potty trained children allowed) You can check in and check out by self check-in. It is a quiet residential area on the outskirts of town.It is definitely a place where you need a car to go shopping and restaurants. 20 minutes drive to each ski resort in Niseko. Rusutsu Resort Ski Resort is 30 minutes away by car. 5-minute drive to Niseko View Plaza (Roadside Station). If you go outside and take a short walk around the neighborhood, you can see Mt. Yotei and the ski slopes in the distance on sunny days. * Accommodation tax has been introduced in Niseko Town. The accommodation fee is "200 yen per person per night" (≧▽ ≦)

Completed in 2019, with 4 bedrooms plus a tatami room, this 3-storey resort home fits 10 and is perfect for families or groups of friends. After a day skiing Niseko's slopes, relax in the enormous bathtub and take in the Yotei view. And socialise in style in the spacious living room with premium dining table, modern furniture and a huge smart TV with Netflix and Apple TV.

Hirafu 2Bdrm 2Bthrm Villa Fuyu

The chalet is located close to restaurants and just a few minutes walk to the Hirafu intersection & convenience stores. This villa has 2 x Japanese tatami bedrooms on the 1F, which sleeps 6 people on futons. The 2F with lots of sun light has an open kitchen and tatami area. There is large Japanese style Hinoki wood bath tub in one of the two bathrooms. There is a TV with an HDMI cable for screening Netflix's etc (no local or cable TV). Free Internet (WIFI). Terrazze: 4BR Penthouse w/ Hinoki Bath, Yotei View

The 4 bedroom penthouse occupies the top floor of Terrazze with a magnificent view Mt. Yotei. There are three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a Japanese-style tatami room. Other features include a private elevator entrance and a Japanese-style bathhouse with a hinoki wood bath, monsoon shower, sauna and a flat screen TV. One additional guest is allowed at extra cost.
