Monthly Rentals in Nishikyo Ward

Our stay in this apartment was great. We liked that it was outside of the touristic center, but still close to everything. It was also very easy to find and to do the self check-in thanks to Yasushi's clear instructions. He also provided a lot of recommendations for restaurants which was very much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

First time in Japan!Very nice place to stay!Getting out is very convenient to take a bus ~ There are many popular scenic spots that can take you directly within 30 minutes!The host was very patient with me!I'll still choose this place next time!

The property was exceptional and exceeded my expectations. Located in a quiet and tranquil area, it offers a peaceful atmosphere that made for a very relaxing stay. The host was extremely friendly, responsive, and provided helpful local recommendations. I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a comfortable and serene experience.

Has to be 5 Star. Initial findings a little surprising as it is a dated building but it is spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a base. Linen and towels very good. Pillow not so great please consider an upgrade on these! But all facilities you need to make your stay pleasant and successful Wi Wi - has to be mentioned. It wasn’t great - but was fine for basis connections, email and messages just don’t expect to be watching Netflix - I’m advised it is being upgraded. Don’t be put off by the first impression - you cannot do better for the cost which is very good.
