Excellent apartment!

It was the second time we stayed with Priscila and again everything was perfect! Priscila was attentive and the apartment is even better and more beautiful than in the listing. The kitchen is small but well-equipped, which makes it much easier for those who will spend a longer period and have children. We will definitely stay more often!

Priscila's apartment is extremely pleasant, beautiful and very cozy. The location is perfect. It is located in a corner of the beach, which is great for children and without the hustle and bustle. The neighborhood, as a whole, is very quiet and practical. We managed to do everything nearby. Priscila was very attentive and sent us several tips about the neighborhood. We'll be back soon.

Exceptional accommodation, no exaggeration! Hats off to you. An ideal loft for a couple, beautiful. Comfortable, clean, organized, nothing was missing during our stay. Even the ifood deliveries arrived practically at the door of the AP, without having to go down to get it. The location is close to UFF (the computer campus is on the same street, about a 3-minute walk). Plenty of shops and museums nearby. Simone was 100% attentive and helpful, always being present. It would definitely come back!

Priscila takes very good care of the place, is helpful and is always present. It gave us great tips on where to eat and even where to buy the bread "brewery". Great condominium, with complete services necessary for those who will spend days or season, well served convenience store, laundry, exclusive access to the beach. The condominium's funders always educated. The view from the roof we stayed is beautiful, the air works well. Very good indeed!

We had a great stay. Great house with terrific ocean views. Super easy walk to an almost private beach. The house itself was fantastic. 4 suites, all with a/c. And two additional bedrooms. Kitchen was big, as was the dining area and living rooms. Yes, more than one! With all that, I think the outside was even better. The pool was much-used by us. The outdoor kitchen and dining area were really nice, too. And Selenia was a great host, very responsive and proactive. Highly recommend!

Frequento Saquarema in Itauna for 40 years and I can say with certainty that Andrea's house is one of the best we have ever stayed there! Built with first finish, it has complete utensils and high quality. It looks like a 5-star hotel!!! All bedrooms have air conditioning and planned furniture. Feature to the swimming pool practically inside the house! Andrea is kind and helpful , our communication was agile and effective!! We're leaving but already planning our return for ASAP!!!!

Everything was perfect, I recommend it!

Do not think twice. If you're lucky enough and the place has availability just book it. We've stayed at 10+ airbnbs and multiple 4 & 5 star hotels in Rio this year and this one is the rare gem that: 1. Lives up to the photos 2. Is worth what you pay 3. Is squeaky clean (I have terrible mold and dust allergies and was fine here) 4. Treats you like a guest (not an ATM). The team was responsive, gracious, and accommodating. It was concierge-level service and better than what we've experienced at hotels in Rio. The security is excellent - facial recognition. I'm a mom traveling with my 7yr old and we felt safe - just follow the rules like any city. And they've made everything incredibly easy - e g. QR code for getting onto the wifi.

Compliments only The apartment is Divine, Clean, Smell, Exactly as in your photos👏 In the condominium, there is Restaurant, with breakfast buffet and on weekends, there is also buffet for lunch, very good food🙌 The town is "foot in the sand" yesmm, perfect. There is an exit through its own direct condominium in Praia 🏖️😎 Various kiosks, has the Rico Sucos (best açaí from RJ) Anyway, it's worth staying with Mr. Luiz. Perfect 👏
