João was always very helpful and clear in all instructions. The loft is in a good location with a good selection of restaurants, pharmacies and bakeries, as well as proximity to the Travessa Bookstore. For those who need to go to UFF, the walk is easy and takes about 35 minutes. The loft is also very close to the waterfront.

The location is great, clean and quiet beach, the apartment is very good, excellent room. We loved it and we'll be back!

The very accessible place, charming structure, care with accessibility and care for corners in the kids arena, constant preventive maintenance, security, organization in the condominium and within the apartment the feel of home. We were made to feel very welcome, without any bureaucracy and with great kindness. The owner was flexible muiiiiito at the check-in and check-out and we were very grateful for that. The apartment is great and very spacious. We really like it!

I felt at home, I had the comfort I wanted, the expectations were met because it has everything the ad says. I was very comfortable for two weeks and used the space as if it were my own home. Cláudia was a great host, responds super fast and gave me all the necessary information for my stay.

I was surprised by the accommodation. Super new apartment, very fragrant, clean, organized. It has everything: coffee maker, iron, hairdryer, mixer, stove, oven… I went with my baby and it was very comfortable. The outdoor space is not even mentioned. Technological building, it even has a charming cable car to get around between buildings, very safe. The pool was the BEST. I wish I could have stayed longer, I left with a taste of wanting more. Beatriz is super friendly, accessible, proactive, excellent host. Anyway… perfect place, I recommend it without a doubt.

Host was very friendly and quick to respond to all our concerns and flexible to our changes in circumstances. Gorgeous ocean views from the apartment and right across the road from the beach to relax and soak in the sun. One thing I would have preferred is if the apartment had actual air conditioning, the provided fans can only do so much in the heat. Other than that the stay was great value for money, and appreciated all the support during our stay.

I and my family love the weekend. Mara is a great host, attentive and polite, a wonderful person! The house is beautiful, cozy and well organized!

Elizabeth's place is synonymous with tranquility. Location close to the beach, street monitored by cameras, commerce in less than 15 minutes walk. The house is huge and the backyard is not talked about. Dei check-out with the urge to stay for more days. It will definitely be my stop for the next visit.

The house of Alfredo is very nice to be: comfortable, airy, swimming pool, a very nice view...The location is great, because very close to the beach of Piratininga (which is super quiet and good to relax) and Alfredo is a sympathy (received me super well presenting the house). A wonderful stay!

I went to celebrate my birthday with my family! We spent a wonderful weekend. The house is beautiful, clean and comfortable and with a wonderful view. The house is huge and even more beautiful in person. I want to highlight Fabio's kindness and quick responses, who was impeccable in communication from the beginning. Well-equipped house, great space and very well located. Very close to Camboinhas beach, in a super quiet neighborhood! We spent the Easter holiday and we really enjoyed it! The condominium is super quiet and the house is well located. The only point that can improve is in relation to the curtains of the rooms, which are very thin and a lot of brightness comes in as soon as dawn, it would be great to have black out curtains.

The host was helpful and we had a peaceful time at the apartment. It looked just like the photos. It’s very near the ocean which we enjoyed a lot.

Great accommodation, I felt at home, spacious apartment, very well equipped kitchen, were provided towels, pillows and sheets, mega cozy spaces. The hosts were very requested in everything, including in relation to check-in, which was ultimately super easy, as was the checkout About location, in the same block there are markets, gas station and pharmacy. A few minutes walk away, there is a mall, quadra, ferry, extra market and several amazing niteroi museums.

Excellent apartment, super complete (kitchen with several good appliances and all the utensils, I just felt the lack of a water dispenser). Good towels, bed linen, hygiene items in the bathroom (there was a new, sealed soap). There was even a first aid kit and an umbrella. It is two blocks from Ipanema beach and is surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. I felt at home, it didn't seem like an airbnb apartment but a home, the care with the details (decoration, books, etc). It has a great smart TV in the living room, larger than indicated in the ad. It has two balconies, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The street is very busy with cars, but the windows greatly reduce the noise. I had to stay in the city for another day and the reservation was changed very quickly. I just have to thank Merc and Eva.

Very nice place. Close to everything on foot, such as restaurants, grocery stores and the beach nearby. This sector is also safe. A very nice shopping center right next door and the view from the apartment is beautiful

Really great apartment, very well equipped to make you feel home, confortable beds and quality bedding. Location is ideal for exploring the city on foot. Parks, restaurants and bakeries at your doorstep. Having off street parking is perfect if you rent a car while in Rio.

I just want to say, as a solo, young, female traveler (who speaks zero portuguese), i felt VERY safe and comfortable here, with the location and with the host. he was extremely helpful and responded fast. the place is the perfect location to walk to bars, restaurants, beaches, and to be picked up from uber right in front (uber comes within 1 minute after ordering!) HIGHLY recommend. the place gives very bachelor vibes, in the best way possible. very high-tech as well, but user-friendly. LOVE rio and will stay here again when i come back!
