Apartment Zollus House is located in the old town of Osijek, in the very center of Tvrđa. One of the key things that make our apartment unique is the privacy, comfort and size of the entire property. Guests can enjoy a beautifully decorated seating area as well as a view of the street of the famous part of Tvrđa, where it is certainly never boring, and can relax on the terrace or courtyard that offers various entertainment facilities. Just a few steps from the property there are cafes, shops, a bakery and a pastry shop.

An international cycling route along the Drava river passes through Josipovac and near the Eurovelo 13 and 16 routes, private parking in front of the building and in the yard. A city bus runs every half hour to the city of Osijek. It takes 10 minutes by car to the center of Osijek. There are several supermarkets within 5 km and a large green market in the center of Osijek.
