She was super friendly, I got my time mixed up and arrived early but she was really helpful and communicated cearly on how to checkin. The house was clean looked exactly how it looked on picture. Overall one of the best stay I have ever had.

The place is neat and clean, closer to market and mall , bus stop is just infront of the unit. Joanne has been really helpful and responsive during the stay

Great house, with plenty of space, off street parking and secure gate so kids could ride bikes on the driveway. Handy to shops, easy commute to city for day trips and great kitchen for Christmas cooking. Host communications were proactive and check in was easy. Beds were comfy too.

We loved our stay here, great location, quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Lots to do around the area and all within a short drive out. Chandi was really helpful when the wifi stopped working abruptly midway through our stay, she quickly came down to resolve it. It’s also very baby friendly and it was such a comfortable stay with our 11 month old daughter. Will definitely stay at her place again if we’re visiting Melbourne. Lovely host with a lovely place!
