The enclosed garden offers very pleasant moments of relaxation. 7-minute walk from the bus station, 5 minutes from shops. The nearest beaches are within 10 minutes by bike (Souzeaux, Dames...). Linens provided. Equipped with Wi-Fi. Housekeeping included. Towels not provided.

Bienvenue à la maison de Julie ! Un séjour ressourcement en bord de mer, accessible en train (1h de Nantes) et sans nécessité de voiture sur place, pour encore mieux déconnecter… Nous vous accueillons au rez de chaussée d'une demeure de caractère du 17ème siècle, située à 10mn à pied de tout : l'océan, les marchés, les commerces, les restaurants et terrasses… Pierres, bois, matières naturelles et couleurs choisies vous accompagneront pour un décor cocooning à souhait.

L'extérieur, exposé sud-ouest, est calme et bien délimité. Avec sa terrasse en bois, le jardin offre un espace agréable pour profiter du soleil. Location possible en week end

House in the heart of the village of L'Épine, less than a 5-minute walk from shops and services (bakery, restaurants, butcher, deli, caterer, supermarket, tobacco, press, bars, pharmacy, library). Ocean Beach (700 m away).

Les animaux sont acceptés. La maison a été classée 3 étoiles par clesvacances. Maison non fumeur PS La dépendance que vous voyez sur les photos n’est pas louée. Elle sert d’espace de rangement.
