Beautiful house near port joinville but far enough to be really quiet. The house is very beautiful and tastefully decorated. The equipment is complete. Our entire group of 9 adults had a great time.

We had a very pleasant family stay in this charming and peaceful accommodation. The proximity of the city center with the small market close by and the port right next door is a major asset to make this small cozy nest very appreciable. Thank you to Sébastien for his welcome, his responsiveness and for our easy and fluid exchanges. I recommend it without hesitation to enjoy a stay with friends or family ☺️

Friendly and responsive welcome with fresh water on arrival. Tastefully decorated, functional and comfortable accommodation. The pool is a big plus. There's nothing missing on the property. I recommend 🙂

We had a very good stay once again in Marc's house. This is the third time we have stayed at his place, and as always, we really enjoyed our stay. We were able to enjoy a few meals on the terrace, which was very pleasant. My two aunts and I had plenty of space and loved the studio too. I also enjoyed the walks to the beach to admire the sunset. Marc is a welcoming host who really cares about the well-being of his guests. Thank you Marc for your hospitality and for allowing us to stay in your home again.

What a beautiful home! Anne was very friendly & flexible with check in & responsive to our questions throughout our stay. We were 2 families with 4 children & the house was fantastic! It is in an ideal location for relaxing away from it all, whilst also being on the edge of a city with plenty of culture & restaurants at your fingertips. The supermarket is a 5 minute walk away, which was perfect for us as we ate many meals at home. The pool was warm, very clean & safe for children with a good design using stepped access. The house opens up to create a seamless transition from inside to outside-this was perfect for cooking/eating/playing in the pool and keeping an eye on everyone. The showers were hot and powerful and the blackout shutters were a dream for giving the children a long sleep!! The kitchen is well equipped and there is both washing machine & dryer. There is a lovely patisserie in Sautron that we walked to through the woods. What a relaxing stay we had-thanks Anne et Fabrice!

We had a lovely weekend at Eric's place. The house is true to the description namely Zen and Cosy. The decor is very nice and the house is very well-equipped. Close to shops and especially the beautiful beach of Les Demoiselles, everything is there for a great time. In addition, Eric was very responsive and accommodating. Thank you again Eric for staying in your beautiful home that we will surely return to. We would highly recommend.

House ideally located in an idyllic setting. A warm and very professional welcome, with a lot of good information to take from Marielle. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

We were a family of 5 adults and 2 kids (6 and 2). The sleeping arrangements worked out very well and the kids really loved the playroom and swimming pool. The beaches (one within easy walking distance and one a 4/5 minute drive away) were excellent (no showers though?) with nice beach bars/restaurants. The nearby zoo is worth a visit - clean and the animals looked well looked after. All in all an excellent family holiday.

We were a group of 7 friends, and had a great stay on Île d'Yeu. Each room has its own bathroom and toilet, which is very convenient and pleasant. The living room is very spacious, and the environment of the house is peaceful. Thank you to them for their responsiveness and welcome. We recommend renting Alain and Isabelle's place to stay on the island of Yeu.

Olivier and Marie's place is really nice and true to the description. Everything was very clean, and the rooms are very comfortable. They've also been flexible with our check-in and checkout times. A great stay, we recommend it without hesitating.

The place is great for spending time with family or friends. The location is great with great sea view. Everything is done on foot, shops, restaurants, markets... thank you for your welcome.

Very nice house, nice furnishings, quiet location, very close to beach and restaurants. Host was very quick to respond. House was very clean. Off street parking for one car. Had amazing weather. All good. Recommend.

The house is faithful to the description, well arranged, clean, spacious for our 4 families with children, the kitchen is very well equipped, it is located 5 min walk from the beach and a dozen from the small city center. Three quick notes though: - optional sheets/towels (certainly indicated in the description of the listing but I think that given the price of the rental it should not be an option) - a little more annoying: there is no basic grocery store (oil, salt, pepper, dishwasher product,...) nor basic hygiene (PQ, soap, washing machine product, garbage bag,...). Not practical and conducive to waste. - finally, cleaning is not included (also mentioned in the description), surely to raise awareness among tenants but to be taken into account especially if the keys have to be returned at 10 a.m.!

A wonderful weekend to spend in the cottage. The accommodation is perfect, everything is there to make a great pool, a spa to relax, all the necessary equipment for relaxation, we were very well received by our hosts, great communication and great responsiveness. We felt at home, a real plus. I would recommend this accommodation without hesitation and would come back if the opportunity arises.

Thanks to Julie for her responsiveness. Very well-equipped accommodation for large groups or families with everyone's privacy preserved but also spacious places to meet all together, we will not hesitate to come back if an opportunity arises.

Really enjoyed our stay, shared between 2 families. Lovely, spacious home which is well equipped and with great outdoor space. Rural location with shops and small towns a short drive away. Small leak discovered half way through our stay but Pierre was responsive throughout and helpful with our initial queries. Would recommend for families - thanks Pierre.

Very pleasant stay in Phanie's accommodation! She was flexible and available, so thank you! The accommodation is clean, well arranged so that we are not on top of each other even with 10! The heated pool with deckchairs is the icing on the cake. We enjoyed the baby items available if needed, as well as the foosball and board games. The accommodation is close to amenities so you don't miss anything, close to the beach for a walk. A place to keep!

Impeccable accommodation, tastefully renovated and with several accesses, terraces allowing everyone to have their own quiet little corner. The outdoor space is beautiful and friendly, ideal for great moments for families or friends, between swimming pool, foosball, darts... We had a great time. The hosts, who have renovated the place themselves, are very welcoming and respond quickly if needed. A great discovery that I recommend!

A very nice weekend spent with the family at Franck's, who welcomed me with a smile.😊 28-degree swimming pool, very nice. We spent our entire weekend enjoying the garden , pool , terrace and of course the plancha. It has everything you need to have a good time. Happy hosting and maybe see you next time.😃

I stayed here with 5 friends for a week and had an incredible time! The house was lovely and clean and even more spacious than than the photos suggested. The pool was heated to a perfect 27 degrees and we had everything there we could have asked for. The location was good too, just a short drive to food shops, beaches and restaurants. On top of this Benoît and Pauline were fantastic hosts, they were quick to respond to any messages and were always helpful and kind! Overall I very highly recommend staying here!
