In history, 70 meters from the sea

RENOVATED bathroom 2024 (just finished!) Quiet historic center, 4 windows overlooking the rooftops of the alleys with excellent privacy. 3rd floor without elevator. Beautiful staircase not suitable for those with walking difficulties. 52 sqm. Large double bedroom, living room with double sofa bed that can become a second bedroom, tinello/dining area, kitchen, bathroom with shower and bidet. Ideal for 2/4 people and for families with children or for couples. Linens (sheets/towels) NOT provided.

Noli, very nice house stone's throw from the sea

Delightful two-room apartment, with a small private garden for outdoor dining. 5 minutes to the sea, equipped with every comfort and appliances, away from disturbing noises and airy, always cool even on the hottest summer days thanks to its sheltered and ventilated position. 3 minutes from the only supermarket in Noli and from the historic center, but with a door on the carriage road, possible entry also from the garden on the opposite side, via a private lane. "House 30 meters from the sea" A small two-room apartment on the ground floor located in a cool alley in Noli. The interior space is unique and has a kitchen with stove, refrigerator, oven and a large table; a double bed with a spacious closet and adjacent to the kitchen we find the bathroom with washing machine, bidet and shower. The kitchen is well stocked and linens are present. For a weekend at the sea, it's great.
