Holiday rentals with beach access in Noord

Great place, close to everything, Moomba, Gusto etc .. Appartement was clean & ready for me when I showed up. Host contact, Kathy was helpful and respond fast to any request

The Gold Coast Villas are a combination of single homes, duplexes and 2-story condo buildings. Mirtha's place is in a condo is in a first-floor condo. The walled-in patio is huge and includes 3 palm trees (one with coconuts) and smaller plantings at the base of the wall. During Jan-Mar you can enjoy eating breakfast and lunch outside while watching birds fly about and visit. We occasionally placed 2-3 grapes on the wall for the Troupials (look like Baltimore Oriels) to eat. By the middle of the afternoon we usually sat close to the living area to avoid the harsh sun. We knew there were 2-3 different tenants staying above us but never figured out who as they were so quiet. During the hottest part of the afternoon we could go to one of three pools. There is a restaurant, Salina's, at the complex. We did drive to nearby restaurants: Tiera del Sol across the road-upscale: 080 about a mile drive away-very informal but often fun. Nearest beach is about a mile away.

La estancia fue como estar en casa, el espacio es cómodo y tranquilo, con todos los servicios necesarios, muy cerca de Eagle Beach. El check-in y check-out muy sencillo.

I’m really grateful with Sharon. Her place was pretty clean and quiet. I was alone and I feel safe. The location is perfect for walking around. The beach took me more than 3 minutes but im sure I need working out asap lol. Sharon thank you very much for your hospitality. I will be back. 🙌🏼

My stay at this location was wonderful! Steps away from the beach. Maria & Carlo provide all you need for a beach day with towels and beach chairs! The condo was very nice and clean with a comfortable king size bed. There is also a full kitchen with all necessities if you decide to cook in! Additionally, you have a lovely private deck area which I frequently used in the mornings and at night. I highly recommend this place for couples or small families it’s very spacious! I loved the decor as well! I did not need to contact the host at all as everything was on point, however Maria and Carlo ensured that they were available if needed. Another plus to this place is the complex has a security guard, who was always present and very nice!

Lindo alojamiento, en una zona tranquila. Tracy es una excelente anfitriona, muy amable y nos dio buenos tips para que nuestra estadia en Aruba sea excelente. La playa cercana (eagle beach) es hermosa y de facil acceso. Pasamos unos dias increíbles, muy recomendable, muchas gracias!!!

Our host was proactive in providing instructions/info on anything you might think to ask! The place was just right for us! A short walk to the beach, very clean and even a covered outside space to relax with your morning coffee! Plus the perk of a washer and dryer!! Would definitely stay here again!

Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa, todo estaba muy limpio, bien equipado y exactamente como se muestra en las fotos. La ubicación es excelente y el vecindario muy tranquilo. Se nota el cuidado y la dedicación de los anfitriones en cada detalle. ¡Sin duda recomendaríamos este lugar y esperamos volver pronto!

Truly couldn’t have asked for a better host! Roxanne made my partner’s and my first trip to Aruba absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond—not to mention, she’s such a kind and thoughtful person. The location of her home made exploring the island effortless, with so many delicious food spots just a short distance away. The house was clean, and the backyard offered a beautiful view every morning. It was truly a relaxing and beautiful trip, and having such a wonderful host made it even more special!

This was our second year staying at Grace and Daniels. We love this house and will be back next year for the third year in a row. It is a great location for everything, and the house is always clean. We love sitting in the back after our days at the beach. Thank you, Grace and Daniele!

I would like to say that Bryan's place is one of the niciest Abnb we have ever stayed in. The unit is very spacious, kitchen fully stocked with every appliance you would ever need. Desyi is the perfect hostess treating us like family from beach days to barbecues. She is constant making improvements to the unit and was always game to help us. Her little dog Rusty was well behaved. My wife and I will be going back Spent 2 months in Aruba

It was perfect!! Home was fabulous! Backyard was an amazing oasis! Very well equipped and clean. Location was great too. There were dogs barking occasionally, but you are in a neighborhood, so it’s to be expected. Didn’t bother us at all. Boca Bay was always responsive if we had questions. We will definitely stay here again!!

Sylvia the property manager was amazing, showed us where everything was and gave clear directions on how to use everything on the property. We have used AirBNB and VRBO for many other properties and this was possibly the best for the price paid! We would definitely stay here again. We had a great starter set of everything from coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry soap, dish detergent, paper products, etc. The grill was spotless as was the pool and all the furniture. Beds were super comfortable. This truly felt like home away from home and a great place to unwind after a day at the beach. We really appreciate Sylvia meeting us at the property for check in and check out. We have never had a property manager do that before and it was a nice touch and very much appreciated.

We had a great time staying at Odille’s home, it was exactly what the listing showed and the location can’t be beat. It was also so nice to jump in the pool after a long day of beach time and sightseeing. We did have a car, which made easy work of getting to the beaches and resorts (less than 10 min drive). In the mornings, we’d walk 5 min down to Eduardo’s for coffee and the supermarket is right next door for quick provisions. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

La casa, la ubicación, la decoración excelente! Solo tuvimos un problema con unos de los baños, el dueño lo solucionó inmediatamente.. Muy amables y comunicativos, tanto Alex y la anfitriona.. Mary’s unit was spacious and well appointed . Lovely balcony where you can enjoy the sunsets. The building itself is very well maintained . Beautiful pool, nice exercise room, tennis court and outdoor grills. Easy walking distance to some very good restaurants and small supermarkets. 15 minute walk to Palm Beach . Highly recommend Mary’s place !

Absolute Perfection – A Slice of Paradise! Staying at Gustavo’s condo in the Oasis Luxury Condos near Eagle Beach was everything we hoped for and more. The location is simply unbeatable—peaceful, quiet, and just a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The gated community felt very safe and welcoming, and the entire complex is beautifully maintained. The condo itself was spotless, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. From morning coffee on the patio to evenings by the pool, every moment felt like a dream. Gustavo was an outstanding host—extremely responsive and helpful, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our stay. If you’re looking for tranquility, luxury, and convenience all in one, this is it. Truly all you could ever want in the most amazing location. We’re already planning our return—thank you, Gustavo, for sharing your little piece of paradise with us!

Niloufar's place was a perfect home base for our week in Aruba. Located within 30ish mins walking distance from all the bars and restaurants in Palm Beach. The apartment was spotless on arrival and very easy to locate and access. Niloufar is also very quick to respond with any questions and/or recommendations. No question, we would 100% visit again! Thank you Niloufar for being such an amazing host!

Our family's stay in Aruba was amazing-in no small part due to Wouter! He responded immediately to all our questions. The condo is very spacious, looks exactly like the photos, and had everything we needed. Having a second full bathroom was ideal for 2 adults and 2 teens. The pool was perfect! The condo also had a number of beach chairs, umbrellas, and floats that made beach trips easy. Not having to pay money for equipment is huge when beach hopping. The location had pros and cons. The original listing said a 4 minute walk to the beach. It was at least 20 minutes. But there are a number of amazing restaurants directly across the street and we had a rental car. The down side was noise at night from the busy street. It was very noisy on the weekend. Wouter offered to connect me with a rental car. I highly recommend! They met us at the airport and drove us to their office where we were met by Wouter, who escorted us to the condo. So fast, easy and a very reasonable price.
