The building is equipped with an elevator. The apartment is equipped with all amenities for relaxation, and there is also a small working area in the bedroom, which will allow you to combine relaxation with work.

It is located 2 minutes away from the stop. A large Kaiser supermarket is across the street. A taxi ride to the city center takes 13-20 minutes (depending on traffic, the cost is 1000-1800).
