In the kitchen/living room there is a fridge, oven, induction hob with 2 hobs, freezer and dishwasher as well as wall hung TV. In the bathroom there is bathtub/shower and laundry machine. Great hiking opportunities and walking distance to the city center and Leira! There is a city bus nearby.

The cabin is located southwest facing 1000 METERS ABOVE SEA LEVEL with lovely views of Knippa, Skogshorn and Vasetvannet. Proximity to many great hiking destinations right out from the cabin.

There is one bedroom and living room with sofa bed, dining room and bathroom with shower. There is a bio toilet inside the bathroom. Must walk 40 meters from parking space to the cabin. The rental part is the lower floor of the home with its own entrance, there are no internal stairs and concrete separates the floors. Ergo, very little listen. The space consists of: small entrance hall, two bedrooms (two single beds in both rooms), open plan kitchen towards living room, one bathroom. Pets are allowed. Smoking and partying are not allowed. Heating via panel ovens. Parking at entrance. All rubbish is emptied into the agreed can. It's sorting at source.

This is a modern, bright, and cozy cabin on one level, with 3 (4 bedrooms), 8 beds, and everything you need for a pleasant stay in the mountains. Two of the bedrooms have fold-down desks - perfect for workation. The modern fireplace will provide both comfort and warmth after a long day in the fresh mountain air. Electricity (ex. EV charging) and wood for the fireplace included in the rent. The cabin is new, from 2022.
