Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Nord

I am really thrilled, everything was 100 percent right. A nice little apartment in a nice house. Very quiet and just perfect for me. I can recommend this apartment.

Lovely place! Just as described and pictured. Instructions for check in and check out super clear, making for a stress free stay. Kitchen amazingly equipped and the place is nice and clean. Really easy to get into the centre of Cologne from here too. Will definitely be looking to stay here again if we’re back in the area.

We felt at home at Florian & Joel's place. It was very cozy and the quiet neighborhood allowed you to enjoy the great weather on the balcony. 3 min walk is a bakery which was also very convenient for us. We look forward to staying with them again.

Nicely decorated refurbished top floor apartment, had everything we needed, not bad location, although parking is not guaranteed. Good stay in general!

We highly recommend this place. Bettina was very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and well equipped. Beds were very comfortable.

It's a really nice apartment. Check-in was smooth and in person. The apartment owner's brother was very nice. There were cold drinks and sweets. The sofa bed was comfortable and it was clean. The only drawback: the Wi-Fi did not work. Since we only tested this at night, we did not make any further contact. We leave early in the morning. A solution would probably have been found.

Gerhard’s place was perfect for the two nights I stayed. Everything was squeaky clean, the bed very comfortable and the room felt very comfortable and was very quiet. Gerhard was there to greet me and we had a nice chat. He granted me another hour at checkout time without any problems. I would definitely recommend his place!

It was just beautiful! We lacked nothing, and we ended up living there for three months! Once we had no baking paper, I asked if they could help us. What could you and the next day we had a whole pack lying in front of the door. Really attentive. This and many other friendly gestures really made this stay a second home. It is also super child-friendly. What can I say, if we didn't live in the neighborhood, we would definitely come back 😉

Beautiful house with breathtaking views over Lake Baldeney. The house has everything you need for a good time in Essen, everything very high quality and even personal, which you can't find in every typical Airbnb. Throughout the house you can enjoy music in the best quality, for example through Spotify. Also, the house has a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need and even several fully automatic coffee machines. You can grill in the garden with a weaver or relax in your own house which has a heated hot tub and sauna. The hosts Clemens and Mr. Siegler are very friendly, extremely hospitable and are always easily accessible. No matter what I asked, everything was always done to make you feel comfortable. Big place with three separate bedrooms and very clean. Great bathroom and shower, kitchen has anything you need. TV is very easy to cast to when on the same WiFi. One bedroom is accessible through another, the floor downstairs is very squeaky and the lamp above the table isn't working - but those are the biggest - we could find. Really liked it!

Amazing experience with this gorgeous house we’ve stayed. Mella was very nice and had showed us the place. Very functional kitchen with everything we needed. We all love the little cozy beautiful back yard. Loved everything!! Hope we will be back again.

We felt very comfortable, the apartment is beautifully furnished and we lacked nothing. Communication was straightforward and our questions were answered quickly and competently. The location of the apartment is in a quiet residential area, free parking is available right outside the door and you can quickly reach the nearest supermarket. Cologne is very easy to reach. We felt super comfortable from the first second. John and Peter are incredibly friendly hosts. Very attentive and always responsive. The apartment is perfectly located, is mega lovingly decorated. Everything is within walking distance. lovingly prepared breakfast and it is even asked for wishes. the apartment has air conditioning, which is really perfect. I absolutely loved to stay here. It was very cozy and just a great place to crash after an eventful day. We did have a lil trouble with the internet on the second day but Julia helped us fix it, even though she was on vacation on her own. She was an absolutely lovely host and I would definitely love to visit again. <3

We felt like at home. The apartment is located on the outskirts of the village overlooking the beautiful landscape of the Lower Rhine. It is therefore very quiet and beautifully bright. The sunrise and deer in the fields sweetened our morning. The kitchen is very well equipped, the dining table cozy and the sofa really comfortable. On top… kind-hearted and friendly hosts.
