The 38 m2 studio is on the ground floor of my house in a residential area 250 meters from the Bois de Boulogne and the citadel of Lille. The studio is new. Access through the garage available to guests for a small car. Private parking in front of the garage. Wifi available. Please note, there is a beam on the ceiling at a height of 1.85 m Ideal for couples with children or friends visiting Northern France. Nearby services Bakery, pharmacy, butcher, bus or metro.

Our Bruges house, nestled in the city center, is just a 2-minute walk from Market Square and other attractions. Tucked away on a quiet street, it ensures a peaceful night's sleep. The ground floor offers a private bedroom with a spacious ensuite bathroom, a personal kitchen with a Nespresso machine, fridge, and more, along with a small courtyard. The only shared space is the entrance hall, as I live upstairs. Enjoy comfort and tranquility in the heart of Bruges.

In a private enclosed garden, come and enjoy the calm of the village of Ascq. Close to all shops (bakery, Carrefour city, tobacco, restaurant, etc.) This bedroom (with shower room) attached to our house, has its private entrance. A stone's throw from Lake Héron, and 3.5 km (45mn walk) from the great stadium of Villeneuve d 'Ascq. Bus access 50m away (to reach the metro). Ascq station 200m away (Lille 10 minutes by train)

Live the real life of the Lillois: the house-apartment welcomes you, near Lebas Park, the trendy district in Lille (with its bars and restaurants). It's all about walking. You have all the space exclusively (80m2). The house is cozy, cozy and quiet with a flowered courtyard, a fireplace, a large bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen and a cinema (Netflix, Canal +, etc.).
