The apartment has ski in-ski out with access to the entire Åres lift system, ski rental and shops as well as restaurants around the corner and just over 500 m to the cross-country trails 1-15 km with electric light track 3 and 5 km. The bus to Åre is within walking distance. Balcony in the southwest, view of Åredalen/Åre Skutan. Bergheim is a modern and unique house by the sea in Sør-Beitstad, about 12 minutes from Steinkjer city center, with beautiful views and a large outdoor area with several flats.
