The house is a wonderful opportunity for athletes, families and people traveling to Trondheim. The big villa is almost on campus at Norwegian University of Science and Technology. The neighborhood is safe and the neighbors are quiet. With a garden an barbecue. There are two cute cat ladies living in the house who can fend for themselves. They go in and out through a cat flap.

Welcome to our beautiful family home located just ten minutes from Scandinavia’s largest ski resort, Åre. We are in a rural setting, with fantastic open views of the landscape including river Indalsälven. We can offer you complete privacy and serenity. The house has a large open-plan combined kitchen/living area with high ceilings. Out the front, towards the river is an extensive deck with a beautiful view. Our wooden fire sauna is free for all guests to use but has to be booked in advance.
