Elegant yet family friendly! The apartment is 100 sqm. 4 bedrooms of which two with double beds. 2 shower rooms with WC, sauna, washing machine, dryer, drying cabinet. Large living room with fireplace. Ceiling height about 290 cm gives good space. Nice panoramic view of Skutan and Årealen. Balcony. When the snow has settled Ski-in / Ski-out via the ski path to Björnlift valley station, again via Järvenliften. In the summer, extended paths for biking in Björnen, climbing park, pump track, zip-lines and a lot of activities in the Åre area.

Åre Gevsjön cottage with sauna near Åre and Storulvån

Log cabin 55 sqm located by the sandy beach of Gevsjön. With a wood-fired sauna and a great location for those who want to fish in Gevsjön or be close to skiing in Duved, Åre or Storulvån. The cottage is located with a direct proximity to the lake that invites activities all year round. Cooking over an open fire at the cottage's barbecue area is much appreciated by guests. Parking for cars and snowmobiles is available. 10 minutes by car to Duved. 15 minutes by car to Åre village. 30 minutes by car to Storulvån mountain station.

The apartment is 30 meters from Fröåsvängen in Sadeln, in the middle of Åre's ski system that connects Sadeln and Björnen with central Åre, as well as Ullådalen and Rödkullen The lifts Sadelexpressen, Högåsliften and Hermelinenliften are just below the hill Cross-country ski trails are within walking distance in Björnen In summer, you can hike, cycle, test the high-altitude track and ride ziplines The apartment has a south-facing patio with fantastic views of Renfjället and Åresjön, and you can enjoy a fireplace and sauna

Relax in this secluded log cabin between Handölforsen and Snasahögarna. Genuine cabin with kitchen area, bunk beds and fireplace. In the outbuildings, there is a woodshed, outhouse and sauna. Electricity is available for heating, cooking and lighting. Water from the mountain basin is in a faucet outside the cabin. A wonderful place to just relax and enjoy the simplicity, or a base to explore the area around the famous bird lake Ånnsjön in the east or Storulvån's mountain station and all the classic mountains in the west.

Mirror suite with its own sauna

The Mirror Suite offers a stay close to nature and with an amazing view. Suite because it contains everything you need for a good stay, and more than that. The mirror suite has mirror function in two walls. You can look out but no one can see in. Not even the deer, birds, fox or moose wandering by. You live centrally, not far from shop and people, but still all to yourself. Lovely bathroom with shower and hot water. Private wood-fired sauna in a nearby house. The atmosphere can be nothing but good.

Semi-detached house next to the ski lift in Duved

Welcome to this cozy semi-detached corner home in a central location in Duved. 2 minutes to everything! Next door is the Byliften ski lift — perfect Ski-In & Ski-Out! The hallway offers good storage for outerwear and a drying cabinet. Bedroom with a comfy 180 cm double bed. Shared sauna with access from the hall. Relax on the sofa bed, watch TV or enjoy candlelight with coffee and a fresh bun from the shop. Outside, there's a barbecue area with benches and a table. WiFi and parking included.

Idyllic place in the forest with sauna!

Here you can really get away from city noise. Ski trails are rigt behind the corner and you can enjoy a hot sauna after a long day outdoor. We live upstairs in the house, but we rent out a simple independent apartment in the groundfloor. In December 2021 we refurbished it with a new bathroom, sauna and kitchenette. Although the house seems remote, it's only a 15/20 minutes walk to the tram that takes you directly to the city center. Let us know if there is anything you'd like to know! :-)

Here you will find a charming cottage in a quiet and natural environment. Sauna and barbecue hut on the balcony with majestic views. Ynka 50 meters down to the water. There is also a wide range of activities in the area. The cottage has lake views, fishing, forest, mountain hiking and swimming opportunities around the house. The cottage is cozily decorated with all the amenities you might need. There is a fireplace that makes the cottage, if possible, even cozier. Wi-Fi is available.

Njut efter en dag på fjället i det stora allrummet som har öppen spis, en väl tilltagen soffgrupp och inte minst ett stort träbord som alla kan samlas kring eller slå er ner ute på terrassen och njut av solnedgången över Åredalen. Efter kalla skiddagar ta en bastu i vår exklusiva nybyggda bastu.
