Within 2 km we have Dagli' Brugs, bakery, thrift shop, restaurants, two ice cream parlors, large playground (200 meters), pizzeria, mini golf and best of all the family-friendly beach. We are in the middle of Djursland's beautiful nature with opportunities for cycling, running and hiking. There are 10 km to Lübker golf resort and Djurs summerland. Our house has 4 bright rooms, a large living room, a beautiful terrace and a lovely garden. Come and enjoy your holidays here!

Helt unik bolig med fantastisk udsigt udover havet. Boligen er helt ny fra 2025/26 og er virkelig godt isoleret og med varmepumpe. Så selv i frostvejr er den varm og behagelig at befinde sig i. Stedet er helt ideelt for parret der ønsker en unik oplevelse sammen, eller for den lille familien. Den store foldedør mod vandet gør at boligen udvides med terrassen og giver en meget stor oplevelse. Synet og lyden af havet fylder hele huset op. Til huset er en 2-personers kajak med redningsveste.

Cleaning included! Cozy cottage for 6-8 pers. 400 m. from the sea in a nice natural area with lots of animals. Close to Djurs Sommerland, Randers and Århus. Large and nice fenced garden with fireplace and 2 terraces. Firewood for the campfire can be bought. One terrace is to the south and the other is a nice morning terrace with morning sun and lots of shelter. Indoors there are activity room with airhockey and table football. Wii, Xbox and Appletv is also there.

Cozy cottage perfect for a relaxing family vacation with only a two-minute walk to the sea, which is shallow enough for the little ones to paddle and catch crabs, and the slightly bigger ones can take a trip in the kayaks or on the paddleboard. The beaches of Als and Øster Hurup (where there is also a water park) are within a few kilometers. Final cleaning included. Electricity is charged separately (DKK 3.5/kWh)
