Private terrace with dining area, barbecue, fire pit, parasol and 3 sun loungers. Inflatable kayaks and SUPs (3+3), life jackets, garden games and 30 board games. 2 playgrounds within walking distance with, among other things, sandpit, beach volleyball, petanque court. Fjellerup is a popular summer holiday destination with many options. Within 2 km we have Dagli' Brugs, bakery, thrift shop, restaurants, two ice cream parlors, large playground (200 meters), pizzeria, mini golf and best of all the family-friendly beach. We are in the middle of Djursland's beautiful nature with opportunities for cycling, running and hiking. There are 10 km to Lübker golf resort and Djurs summerland. Our house has 4 bright rooms, a large living room, a beautiful terrace and a lovely garden. Come and enjoy your holidays here!

Helt unik bolig med fantastisk udsigt udover havet. Boligen er helt ny fra 2025 og har rene smukke linjer. Mulighed for bookning fra 8. December og frem. Stedet er helt ideelt for parret der ønsker en unik oplevelse sammen, eller for den lille familien. Den store foldedør mod vandet gør at boligen udvides med terrassen og giver en meget stor oplevelse. Synet og lyden af havet fylder hele huset op. Området lægger op til lange gåture langs havet og hvor man er i et med naturen.

Nice cottage by the sea - Fantastic nature

Cleaning included! Cozy cottage for 6-8 pers. 400 m. from the sea in a nice natural area with lots of animals. Close to Djurs Sommerland, Randers and Århus. Large and nice fenced garden with fireplace and 2 terraces. Firewood for the campfire can be bought. One terrace is to the south and the other is a nice morning terrace with morning sun and lots of shelter. Indoors there are activity room with airhockey and table football. Wii, Xbox and Appletv is also there.

Cozy summer cottage by the sea

Cozy cottage perfect for a relaxing family holiday with only a two minute walk to the sea, which is appropriately shallow for the little ones to mush and catch crabs, and the slightly larger ones can take a trip in the kayaks or on the paddle board. The beaches in Als and Øster Hurup (where there is also a water park) within a few kilometers. Final cleaning included. Electricity is charged separately (3.5 DKK/kWh)

The house has 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, kitchen and living room with wood-burning stove. It's a lovely wooden terrace with a brand new wilderness bath. There are also 3 older but functional kayaks for free use. Not rented to young groups.
