Lovely cottage built in 2014. The house is well-equipped and furnished to make guests feel at home. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac. From the living room, you have a view of a beautiful meadow, where you might be lucky enough to see everything from common buzzards to red deer. Gjerrild Nordstrand is known for its lovely beach. The vacation home has a washing machine and a dryer. The sea is 800 m away. Swing. Soccer goal. Grill. Please bring sheets, bed linen, and towels. Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. Strand is a child-friendly, wide sandy beach with a blue flag. We are located 3 km from Gjerrild town, where there is a grocery store with a large selection, 14 km from Grenå, 19 km from Djurs Sommerland, Bønnerup harbor about 6 km, where there is a fish shop and eateries. The heat source is air to air, there is a small dishwasher, coffee machine and washing machine and otherwise all the utensils that should be in a kitchen.

Enjoy life in this beautiful and centrally located apartment, with plenty of space for both families and couples, in the middle of the city's cozy pedestrian streets and the authentic environment of the harbor. The "Grenåen" flows 200 m down the road and connects the sea and the city with the most beautiful river path, which is a recommended walk. You can put the sticks on the sofa and put on a DVD afterwards or make a delicious dinner and play a game.
