It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. The house is part of a 3-winged country estate without animals, but separate. Forest, lake and beach within walking distance. Gjerrild N. Strand is a child-friendly, wide sandy beach with a blue flag. We are located 3 km from Gjerrild town, where there is a grocery store with a large selection, 14 km from Grenå, 19 km from Djurs Sommerland, Bønnerup harbor about 6 km, where there is a fish shop and eateries. The heat source is air to air, there is a small dishwasher, coffee machine and washing machine and otherwise all the utensils that should be in a kitchen.

Here is a wood-burning stove that spreads warmth and light. Lovely enclosed garden! We love our cottage, which has a lot of children's toys and coziness. Therefore, we now want to rent it out to other sweet families.
