Cabin holiday rentals in Nordfjord

We had some wonderful days at the cabin. Fantastic place. We enjoyed fishing, grilling, swimming in the pond and the lake, and testing a brand new sauna. Short distance to Kalvåg and Knutholmen. Very nice hosts who made it possible for us to have the best possible stay. Would highly recommend! This is truly a hidden gem. We would gladly came again.

Kristina’s Sagvika Lodge is a beautiful, private and peaceful haven along the shore. Great location for exploring Alesund and the surrounding area, or for sitting and relaxing with the sounds of the nearby stream and the Fjord. The beds were also the most comfortable on our trip to Norway! I will just note that the path down to the cabin from the parking area is steep in a few places. It wasn’t a problem for me, but I was visiting with my 85 year old parents and they had to take it really slowly going down the path and back up, and we planned the days around doing that round-trip only once. Kristina did tell me about the path when I booked, but I don’t think I fully appreciated it. Don’t get me wrong, it’s fine for folks who are steady on their feet. As an overweight 50-something year old, it was not a problem, and I look forward to coming again someday. I would just think twice for folks with mobility concerns.

Cute, cozy cabin right on a gorgeous lake with a million dollar view. I know it's cliché but, the pictures absolutely do not do justice to what the view is actually like. Just perfect! The cabin is far enough from town to feel remote but close enough to town to take care of any grocery or dining needs.

Great, private accommodation where you immediately feel at home. Good starting point for many excursions - the local mountain Melshornet is really highly recommended and can be reached directly from the hut. Siw and Bottolf are super friendly and helpful. Maximum privacy.

My husband and I had the most wonderful trip to the amazing cottage <3, we also ended up extending our stay because it was so beautiful, so 6 amazing days, we will definitely come back :) Everything was perfect. Wow for a place!! We look forward to the next visit there :-) thank you for everything.

We had a fantastic stay at Oddvar’s beautiful cabin; it had everything we needed and we really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and laundry room. The views from the hot tub and garden are incredible and very peaceful/private. The cabin was clean, tidy and felt very homely. We would certainly come back and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the local area, or explore further afield from such a lovely base home. Oddvar is a great host, good communication, responsive and friendly. 10/10 🙌🏻 Thank you!

What a fantastic beautiful, full equipped and lovely decorated house. Amazing view and super private. Very good beds, great shower and perfect kitchen. For the ones that love peace and nature. Lovely super responsive and pro-active hosts. Highly recommended! We will sure be back some day for even a longer stay than just 5 days. The island is beautiful and peaceful, the nearest supermarket is some km away but has everything you need.

Very cozy and well-equipped apartment. An absolute dream. 😍 The area where the house is located and the house itself is actually so much more impressive than in the photos. Beautiful. 🤩 Perfectly clean - such a clean space is rarely seen. Everything you need for a short or longer stay is there. Very private and peaceful setting. Friendly landlord who provided great information in advance. 😊 Absolutely recommended.

Loved my stay at this accommodation, beautiful surroundings and was so relaxing. House felt like such a home and we were provided so many great recommendations for what to do during our stay. The host was very helpful and friendly, and she would always reply within minutes to any queries we had.

What an incredibly beautiful place to stay. This cabin is so beautifully decorated / styled. There are so many lovely touches throughout. It makes you feel incredibly cosy. I found the bed really comfy. Marianne provided great instructions on how to get there (note there is a short walk and when raining your shoes can get wet - access to the shoe dryer was great). Marianne was great to communicate with. Would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a quaint, beautiful and cosy stay.

We had a wonderful experience at this house near the lake. The location is absolutely stunning — nestled in the mountains and surrounded by lush greenery. It’s the perfect peaceful getaway if you love nature and scenic views. The house itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped for a relaxing stay. Exceptional place! Alone at the end of the world above the fjord... one of the best views of our stay. A cute cabin built by our host. Very well equipped and very beautifully decorated. ‏This is place is a heaven on the earth. By far the best airbnb I have ever Stayed in. ‏The host was exceptional meet, greet and gave brief about everything. ‏The home is satiated on the lake, got all what you need. The kichen is fully equipped. The bathroom got underfloor heating. The living room has an amzing view of the mountains and the lake. ‏We loved grilling outside peaceful and wonderful views.

Quiet location by the lake and yet quickly in the next town for shopping or restaurant visits. We spent 2 nights there and got along well without a shower. The living room with the wood-burning stove is particularly cozy!

Jan-Oskar welcomed us very well to his mountain chalet. The place is ideal for exploring the area and enjoying the activities of the area (hiking, skiing, etc.). The chalet is large and modern. Loved our stay. Jan-Oskar is caring and he advised us very well on the activities to see and do. Thanks for your hospitality!

Unique stay with breathtaking surroundings. The cottage is super cozy, warm and equipped with everything. Sigbjorn was always available and took care of everything. Absolute recommendation!
