This is truly a fantastic place. It is an old totally renovated fishery. The size is 180 square meters, and the pier is 200 squares. The house has everything you need and appears today as a new exclusive modern house. It has 2 bath, bathtub, 4 bedrooms with a big bed, modern kitchen, very good WIFI, 65" TV, washing machine and dryer, fireplace and an exclusive sauna. Hytta er preget av eksklusive materialvalg, og de store vinduene rammer inn en fantastisk utsikt. Kjøkkenet er fullt utstyrt med oppvaskmaskin, elektrisk komfyr og induksjon koketopp. Hytta er bygd for helårsbruk og har gulvvarme og fyringsovn. Med ett soverom med dobbeltseng og hems med to senger på 120 cm, er hytta godt egnet for fire personer, dog anbefaler vi ikke små barn på hemsen. Stor terrasse med utsikt til midnattsol, nordlys, hav og fjell. Det er gratis parkering rett utenfor.

Flott beliggenhet mellom Lofoten/ Vesterålen, Harstad og Harstad/ Narvik/Evenes lufthavn. Sjøhuset har 2.etg, med kjøkken, stue, 2 soverom, bad, gang og entre. Eget vaskerom med tilgang til vaskemaskin. Flott terrasse rett over vannkanten, og fra stuen i 2. etg. er det en egen balkong .

Mange fine turområder i gangavstand. Er det dårlig vær kan man lage god mat på et flott kjøkken, eller bare slappe av. Er på Gimsøy, 30 minutter til Svolvær og 45 minutter til Leknes. Gimsøy har en døgnåpen butikk, og Låven på Hov restaurant har god mat. Golfbane 15 minutter unna🤩
