Arnäsleden with great opportunities for hiking passes just a few hundred meters from the house. Inside Örnsköldsvik, there is also the well-known adventure pool Pardiset.

Close to nature and water, there is also a golf course with a restaurant (Puttom) max. 5 minutes drive from the cabin. An outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. I live in a house on the same property so the cottage is not completely private. Easy to park outside the entrance.

Stay close to nature! You can walk in the woods, paddle on the lake, pick fresh berries or go fishing. 100 km to Umeå. 60 km to Örnsköldsvik. 40 meters to grocery store.
