Sörmjöle is located on the coast about 20 km south of Umeå. There are buses to Umeå several times a day. In the village, there is a convenience store, and Hörnefors is about eight kilometers away – there are grocery stores, a pharmacy, bathhouse, gym and train station.

You live 800 meters from Idbyns sea swimming, close to two golf courses and Skeppsmalens Fikseläge is only 15 kilometers away, with its beautiful cliffs and its lighthouse. The nearest restaurant is about 5 km from the property and the nearest grocery store (COOP and ICA Kvantum) about 7 km away. Arnäsleden with great opportunities for hiking passes just a few hundred meters from the house. Inside Örnsköldsvik, there is also the well-known adventure pool Pardiset.

Cozy cottage in the countryside that was completely renovated in 2014. It is located 12 minutes drive north of Övik and 12 minutes south of Husum. Close to nature and water, there is also a golf course with a restaurant (Puttom) max. 5 minutes drive from the cabin. An outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. I live in a house on the same property so the cottage is not completely private. Easy to park outside the entrance.
