🏡 Newly renovated apartment with a great location. Here you are close to the field with hiking trail a stone's throw away. Although the apartment is right on the edge of nature, you live very centrally. ♨️ A sauna and hot tub are available for an additional fee. They are located on the side of the house with a nice view of the countryside. The price: NOK 600 for either the sauna or the hot tub, and NOK 1,000 if you want to use both for two hours. This must be arranged with the host well in advance, as they will warm up the space and get everything ready for you.

A 30-minute drive to/from Oslo, or a quick 12-minute train ride followed by a 6 min bus journey - and you’re here. Ski also offers everything you need with a large shopping mall. Prefer not to cook? Get food delivered from nearby restaurants.

Stedet passer ypperlig for en person, men kan også passe for 2 personer for kortere opphold, 2-3 dager. Bildene viser sovesofaen oppslått for en person, alternativt for to personer. Nærmeste nabo til Tusenfryd, kun 10 min gange til hovedinngangen – så dere slipper å tenke på parkering. Kort vei til senter, badeplass ved Breivoll, og Ekeberg (Norway Cup) ligger 20 min unna. Perfekt for VM kamper i Oslo. To soverom med dobbeltsenger gjør at leiligheten passer for opptil 4 personer, men små barn i tillegg er selvfølgelig helt ok 👍

Gangavstand til Kolbotn sentrum, med butikker/spisesteder, og tog/buss til Oslo. 10 min med bil til Tusenfryd. 5 min med bil til The well, Nord Europas største spa. Kan leie 3 Sup og robåt som ligger i hagen (kun sommerhalvåret). Kombiner Oslotur med fred og ro.

Right by the forest, hiking trails, the scout hut with a campfire site only 400 m away. The hot tub is closed for the winter between December 1st - April 1st. 🫧🛀
