Beautiful end terraced house on three floors | 2.5 bathrooms | private outdoor spaces! Modern, minimalist, by Ljanselva, right in the middle between Mortensrud and Hauketo. About 20 min from the city center by public transport, and 45 min from the airport (check ruter dot no) The house has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, fixed garage with possibility for extra parking space. Beds: 180 cm bed, 150 cm bed and 120 cm sofa bed. For 7 people: extra guest bed in the living room will be prepared. We provide bed linen and towels. Feel at home, but treat our home nicely!

The townhouse is located in Abildsø/Oslo. 15 min bus ride to the Opera and Oslo S and Sørenga bathing area!! Right by Østensjøvannet and 15 min walk to Nøklevann with swimming opportunities. The bus stop is 1 minute from the house and 10 minutes to the subway. It is car-free outside the house and playground 30 meters down our street. Abildsø is experienced centrally to the city (many bicycles to the city center), but at the same time quiet and rural. I have lived here for 13 years and love it!! You are very welcome! Right behind the house is Marka's eldorado of trails, viewpoints and bathing water. Short distance to public transport. Here you can enjoy either a quiet holiday or the city!

Dette er en sjelden mulighet til å leie et familievennlig og moderne rekkehus med tre etasjer i sentrum av Oslo. Her er det mange hyggelig cafeer, restauranter, parker og lekeplasser. T-banen er rett ved og tar deg enkelt rundt i hele byen og til naturen. Parkeringsplass kan leies (gratis på lengre opphold). Med huset følger ansvaret for en veldig snill katt. Hun er nysgjerrig og vil nok fort komme til dere for litt kos. Katten må mates daglig, men klarer seg ellers selv med bruk av katteluken.

Our 2019 renovated home is neatly located a 15 minute subway ride from Central Oslo, and only a 10 minute hike to the closest lake in the forest. We have a big closed in garden on both sides that’s very very safe for kids. The west patio has a a bbq and meal lounge, where sun shines until the last hour of the day. The house is available with three bedrooms, where two of them have double beds. The third bedroom has a single bed. There’s a baby bed or extra mattress available.

My house is 160 kvm and consists of two floors. It is situated on a top and has a beautiful view over Asker, Bærum, Oslo and the Oslofjord. Quiet area and close to the city center.
