Modern guest suite in a separate part of a single-family home built in 2022. Central location with bus stop 100 meters from the house that takes you to Oslo city centre. The guest suite is 28 sqm and is rented to 1-2 people. The guest suite consists of bedroom/living room, large bathroom and private kitchen. It is equipped with a 150 cm double bed. Included in the rent is also TV with chromecast, towels, linens and WiFi. It is 100 meters to the bus stop which in 20 min will take you to Oslo city centre. The bus departs every 15 minutes.

Cozy apartment, in connection with a villa in peaceful residential area. 5 minutes walk from the tram, Holtet station. 10 min to Oslo city center by car and 14 min with the tram. Close to the beach (15 min walk, 5 min by car). The apartment has a nice little kitchen, with hot plates, a small oven and fridge. Bathroom with toilet and shower. The apartment has a double bed (sleeping alcove) and a sofa bed for two people (the sofa in the photo). Free parking on the street.

Parking space is included in the price. It's a perfect apartment for a couple, but the sofa in the living room can be turned into a sofa bed that sleeps two. It is about 15 min walk down to the new area in Oslobukta - there you will find restaurants, shops and swimming opportunities. Pretty amazing little triplex with: 1st Floor: An entrance 2nd floor: dining room, kitchen and bathroom 3rd floor: a small bedroom under the attic. The apartment is connected to the owners house even if it remains independent. However, the partitions are hardly thick. And the big bonus: the great view of Oslo Bay!

Visiting Olso, my friend and I needed a place to stay and since we were going to watch a KFUM Oslo match, we wanted to be close by. Turns out this AirBnB was a walkable distance from the pitch and also a few minutes walk to the tram to take you into the Oslo. The views of the fjord were spectacular! The apartment was very clean and I’m grateful that there was a washer for us to wash our clothes from our UTMB race several nights before. We definitely will come back to this place the next time we come to Oslo!

This apartment is very cozy and beautiful. I am happy I chose Jasmins flat for my visit in Oslo. It looks even better than on pictures :) The view and balcony is wonderful. There were useful information printed and provided by Jasmin. It is very nice quiet area. Close to bus or metro. If I travel to Oslo I will be happy to stay there again. Jasmin is very helpful host. Thank you for everything.
