Loved my stay. It's clearly a family home, and a very welcoming one. I'd love to go back.

The accommodation was spacious finished to a high standard. Great kitchen with large dinning table and 3 bathrooms. Truly amazing views overlooking the beach and down for a swim in the sea within a few minutes. 5 minutes walk and we were in the high street. Plenty of pubs and shops to explore and only a few miles from Cromer. Definitely worth a visit!

Great find! Was really impressed with this place and it was perfect for what we needed for the weekend. Had everything you could think of, even toys and games for children, as well as a complimentary basket of goodies for us when we arrived! We enjoyed the juke box the most and listened to lots of songs on there! The house fitted 7 of us comfortably and was very clean! Lee was very proactive and ensured we had a great stay - thank you!

Clean. Comfortable. Great location. Lynette was extremely responsive, friendly & helpful. It was ideal for 6 adults. Amenities were reached by foot shops, cafes etc. Lynette went that extra mile with a lovely Welcome gift! The hot tub was clean & we enjoyed using it. Would definently recommend & would like to visit again. 😊 Thank you 👍

What a great find! Mark was extremely friendly, helpful and a good communicator. The accommodation was a good size for two and very dog friendly. It was clean and well equipped, with plenty of storage space in the bedroom. Unfortunately there was little space in the kitchen for our food and drink, though the fridge freezer was a good size. The large rear windows are quite a feature but on sunny days it did get very warm inside. The rear courtyard is a good size and the BBQ was a real bonus. The bathroom is large as is the shower. As mentioned in the details, the owner’s house does adjoin the accommodation and has rooms above. The local pub, tea rooms, restaurant and nearby beach are great and all within a few minutes walk. Having a Sky box gives quite a lot of TV options. Overall we had a wonderful stay. Thank you.

Our adult family of 5 plus dog stayed at Victoria’s place for a long weekend. We was blessed with good weather and enjoyed utilising the secure garden and terrace. The house is well located to Brancaster beach (15min scenic walk) and the pub next door has recently been refurbished to a high standard. Car park fits 2 SUVs but always space outside. Great property, great location and a great host. Thank you again xx

Beautiful two bed en-suite appartment, ground floor so great for my elderly in laws who came with us. Everything you need for a short or longer stay is provided. Lovely welcome pack on our arrival. Great showers in each en-suite. It was quiet to say close to other appointments. I Would definitely recommend Sarah's place, my mother in-law didn't want to leave, we would love to return in the not too distant future : )

Had a lovely few days in Mundesley, ideal place for a family and clean, well equipped property. 4th stay and keep coming back, says something about the property and the host.

Great location within walking distance to south beach. The house was dog friendly, lovely conservatory with garden for dogs along with dog bed, towels and bowls. There was a lovely welcoming pack, especially loved the Sandringham apple juice. The beds were really comfortable and nice sized shower. The communication with the host was excellent too. I would definitely recommend this place. Couldn’t fault anything about it.

Probably one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. Tucked away on a peaceful, picturesque street, yet just a short walk from the beach and town. Sheringham can get very busy, so being so close to everything while still enjoying a quiet retreat was perfect. The house itself is beautiful - immaculately clean, thoughtfully decorated, and free of clutter, with everything you could possibly need. There are two very spacious bedrooms, one of which offers a lovely view, especially at sunset. The garden is a real gem: full of vibrant flowers and a real sun trap. There’s even a private path leading to the coast and the golf course, which made exploring super easy and enjoyable. We stayed with our two young boys, and it worked brilliantly for our family - comfortable, convenient, and relaxing. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return. Don’t think twice, book it! Thank you so much for such a lovely stay!

We loved our stay in Salthouse. The Lookout was in a peaceful, quiet location with great views across the marshes toward the sea and easy walking distance to a shop, crab cafe and a brilliant pub. Great location for exploring the area. Clean and comfortable house.

Lovely house, we really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location - Little one loved feeding the fish and all the toys that were there. Would definitely recommend and will be back next year!

We had a lovely few days away . Lots of footpaths to some glorious views. The Barn is quiet with views of the marsh harriers circurling over the woods . Very well equipped . Holt a beautiful town but sadly with our dog we were unable to have a good look round , we paid a visit to Alberts Fish & Chip shop saturday night , very nice . It would be great if previous guests just checked the garden for deposits before they vacated . Thank you 😊

Our stay in this house was amazing! the house is great. walking distance for a few pubs. There are 2 takeaways ( indian & Chinese across the road. We eat our breakfast in Pakefield Pantry everyday! amazing breakfast and coffee! only 100 meters walking from the house. corner shop only 100 meters from the house. Lowestoft only 5 minutes drive.We took a 30 minutes train journey to Norwich, it was so easy option for us. I strongly suggest for everyone to visit Southwold and book Adnams brewery tour! it's really great! Thank you Sarah for such a lovely place for us to stay.

We had a fantastic stay and loved being at the house. It worked wonderfully for us as a base (visiting for a wedding) and would definitely come back! Ruth was brilliant at communication and offered help to cater for my husbands disabilities (blind) where she could, which was greatly appreciated! It wasn't over crowded or cluttered, nicely decorated, very clean and easy for my husband to move around in once he had the layout in his mind. My little one loved being able to go out in the garden to play, and he loved the games provided as well - helped keep him amused of an evening. Would recommend staying here.

We had the most relaxing stay at the house. It’s well equipped and all the beds were very comfortable. The house is charming and clearly well loved and looked after. We really enjoyed being a short walk from the beach so the children could go crabbing and we could go on lovely walks. Lots of good places to eat and a shop nearby. The garden was sunny and peaceful, watching the birds fly over whilst in the hot tub was a real treat. We will visit again and highly recommend to others.
