Welcome, here you have a cheap home with a private entrance, bathroom with shower and a kitchenette with everything you need to cook simpler meals. Are you interested in travel? You live right next to Bergsåker's racetrack. There is a bus stop about 100m from the property. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 min to Sundsvall city center and stops outside Mitt University on the way. If you have a car, you are free in the parking lot belonging to the house. Cleaning, bed linens and towels are included in the rental rate rate.

Relax in this quiet home directly by the river Ljungan with its own jetty. Lake view from all rooms. High standard, newly renovated inside. The main building is about 65m2 with open floor plan for kitchen and living areas. One bedroom with double bed and small hallway into incineration toilet/shower room. In the living room there is also a sofa bed 140 cm wide. Extra guest house ( built in 2016 ) is 15m2 with double bed/divider bar. Large solar balconies for those of you who want to sunbathe . Or fish (fishing license needed).

Separate WC and shower room. Access to home gym and large balcony. At the golf course there is a restaurant with rights, as well as a paddle course. About 15 minutes drive to central Sundsvall. There is another apartment next door, which may be suitable if you are a larger company that wants to live close to each other.

Sjöstugan ligger vid Björköfjärden, Bottenhavet. Sommartid finns det tillgång till liten motorbåt som ligger vid bryggan. Runt stugan finns ett trädäck. Byggnadsår 2009. Huset har fullt utrustat kök och diskmaskin, kyl och frys, badrum med dusch och toalett. Huset har ett sovrum med ställbara sängar och kök/vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och ett loft med två madrasser. Utomhus finns bord och solstolar. Vintertid när isen ligger är det utmärkt läge för vinterfiske, skridsko eller skidåkning.

Those of you who wish to rent will also have access to our own sandy beach, sauna, rowboat with simple fishing equipment and kayak. Here you have your own apartment, in part of our house, suited for up to 4 people. An extra bedroom in a cottage a few meters outside can be used during summer. You have 4 km into the town square. Busstop 100meters away from the apartment taking you strait there passing the university on the way. Close to the apartment you have a pizzaplace, hairsalone, foodstore and the horsetracks.
