Newly-renovated bakery cottage right in the heart of a horse farm. Only 15 km from the E4, in a peaceful environment overlooking both nature and farm life. Close to lake and swimming area. The cottage has all the comforts, sleeps 2-3 people. Fully equipped kitchen with wood stove, stove, fridge and baking oven. Towels and bed linen included. Det går också utmärkt att fiska direkt från bryggan (det krävs fiskelicens om man är över 15 år) Endast 12 km till nedre Ljungans fina älvfiske (Lax, Havsöring , Harr m.m)

Perfect if you want to experience nature but still be centrally located in Sollefteå. The house is on two floors where the bedrooms are upstairs and the kitchen and living room are downstairs. In this unique accommodation, you can enjoy a quiet and natural environment with amazing views of the Faxälven river. Nice walking trails that easily take you to the river's edge for fishing or Sollefteå golf course for a nice round and/or a good meal with drinks. Sollefteå city center is about 15 minutes away by car.
