House holiday rentals in Norrköping

A very nice house in a good location with nice treatment from Loris. Everything worked properly and it met our expectations. We can definitely imagine coming back and we can recommend this to others.

We stayed at Tom’s house for 3 nights and had a great stay! We were three adults and four kids between ages 2-12. The houses were spacious, modern, comfortable with great amenities! Everything from the toys in the garden, to the super warm pool, to the espresso maker made our stay extra comfortable. The house has everything you need and is located a short walk from playgrounds and the town. You really can’t beat the location. There’s plenty to do in town or nearby towns, but you can also spend a full day just enjoying the house. Everything was super smooth and communication was outstanding! Would highly recommend staying and would love to return!

Very beautiful house, great space for families to spend time together in living area or garden. There were toys for kids and everything necessary for cooking in kitchen. Outdoor pool was heated and amazing for swimming even when there was 20 degrees outside. We could park 3 cars nicely in the yard and did not have to pay parking fee on the street. We stayed for one night, but could easily have had a longer vacation there.

We spent two weeks of our summer vacation in the house and enjoyed it a lot. We liked the house in particular the outdoor area very much and was as described. We felt comfortable from the first minute. Everything worked wonderfully. We can recommend the house and imagine booking again in the future.

Thoroughly recommend. Beautiful open plan, contemporary house but also very welcoming and well equipped. Fantastic outside space that’s versatile and comfortable. We had weather that ranged from heavy thunderstorm to beautiful blue skies and the outside space worked well for both. Multiple open decking areas, pool and outdoor kitchen for the sunny days but also covered area, outdoor fireplaces cosy blankets and hot tub mean you can be outside in all weather. Views are better than photos suggest. Treetop horizon/sunset views from front and the open woodlands behind. Garden is open directly onto the woods - which is full of handmade dens and rope swings. We were visited most evenings by a full family of deer. Nero family were very responsive to all queries - great hosts.

We were 2 families with small children who stayed at Jessica's place for a week. The house was tidy and nice with plenty of space for 4 adults and 4 children. The outdoor area with pool, soccer goal and playhouse was perfect for a stay with kids in summer. We had a really nice week and would definitely visit the house again.

Four of my colleagues stayed at the house, everything was great!

The house and outdoor facilities are a dream, especially for families. The children have plenty of space and opportunities to occupy themselves, while the parents can sit relaxed on the terrace or in the cozy living room. From there we enjoyed the view of the countryside and the friendly cows from next door 😁 Johannes provided us with good information and responded quickly to requests. Thank you Johannes!

we were very pleased with the house, which was spacious and large for 4 people. especially we liked the glass veranda when we came back from our adventures. There was nothing missing Björn's house was just a stone's throw from the hiking trail with its beautiful canal and nature. we are super happy with everything. And we highly recommend Björn's house. Our stay at the house was absolutely perfect! The serene Swedish countryside setting is the ideal backdrop for this beautifully renovated home. Some of our favorite things regarding our stay was the well-equipped kitchen which made cooking a joy, the high-quality beds and furniture around the house and the peaceful outdoor spaces where we could relax and take in the stunning surroundings. The communication with the host was excellent—they were responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. This retreat is perfect for anyone seeking a tranquil escape. We can't recommend it enough and can’t wait to return for a longer stay next summer!

Excellent location and great place to stay

Fredrick's place is absolutely wonderful, the perfect family cabin in a beautiful location. Everything in the cottage is easy to use and works well. The living space is a particularly lovely place to relax. Fredrik is a brilliant host, he responded to messages very quickly and was so helpful (even sourcing an ironing board for us to use☺️). Best Airbnb experience. We can't wait to go back!

A beautiful house with a view of the lake.

Sometimes you find a gem that you prefer to keep to yourself so that you can always go there. Ann-Katrin's house is one of them. Via a great driveway/forest road, you arrive at the farm, of which the cottage (formerly the main house) is part. The house itself is large, clean and has everything you could wish for. Ann-Katrin is hospitable, gives nice tips and is easily accessible. I'd love to come back!

Very happy with your stay. The house was very nice with all the comforts you could wish for. Robin was very proactive, clear and pleasant in his communication, which meant that we had no questions on site, nice!

Excellent spot and house for tours in natural Sweden. Also fairly close to larger cities. The house is well equipped with plenty of space, and large bedrooms. Ample space around the house. The reception was very nice with a cake and drinks. We made long gravel tours on our bikes starting from the house. Nature (cranes, deer, wild boar) can be found in close proximity of the house, we saw roe deer from the house. Recommendable.

Really worth the stay, and helped get away from the more stressful parts of life.

Very cozy summer cottage, well equipped and very lovingly furnished. Anneli had gifts and Lollis for the kids, which was really cute. The property is incredibly large, there is something to discover everywhere and you can also climb. Due to the hillside location and many uneven steps to the house and rocks in the garden, it is unsuitable for toddlers and people with unwanted restrictions (wheelchair users). But for the boys (3 years) it was ok. The path to the Roxen dock was also really long and steep with the three little ones and the teenager and there is no sandy beach to play. Luckily a few minutes drive away is a wonderful beach with great swimming spot, thanks for the tip, Anneli!! Generally few tourists and the nearest Supermakrt is 20 minutes away by car. We enjoyed our stay a lot
