Maison de famille à Nort-sur-Erdre avec piscine et grand jardin de 1 600m². Belle maison de maître de la fin du 18e siècle, avec tout le charme du passé : il est important de noter que nous rénovons progressivement la maison nous-mêmes, quelques pièces sont encore dans leur état d'origine. Pour préserver l'ambiance familiale du quartier, nous privilégions les familles. La maison n’est pas optimalement configurée pour 11 adultes (matelas fins dans les chambres d’enfants et chambres en enfilade).

In a superb private mansion in the heart of the city with a view of one of the most beautiful squares in Nantes and located close to prestigious sites such as the Art Museum and the Castle of the Dukes, come and discover this 180 m2 apartment with refined, historical and luxurious decoration where each room is a journey. The apartment consists of two large bright living rooms, two bedrooms (king size bed and double bed), a boudoir (sofa bed), two bathrooms and a fitted kitchen.

Welcome to the country of the Vilaine valleys, a stone's throw from the Corbinières valley between Rennes – Nantes and Redon, in the "Piais" cottage in Guipry-Messac (green station, 1st ecotourism label in France). The cottage is a building on my farm where I came as a little girl to milk the cows with my mom. It fell into ruin and I was able to renovate it 10 years ago and equip it inside and out so that you can enjoy it with your families and friends.
