In a 20 m2 accommodation, we offer a bedroom (mezzanine bed) with bathroom and kitchenette. Our house is on the banks of the Loire with quick access to a pedestrian path. Close to Mauves train station (4 km), 15 minutes by car from the Southeast of Nantes. There is no parking in front of the house but possibility for a car 50 m away and in the adjoining streets for a larger vehicle. The street is very transient and requires vigilance when walking.

Welcome to this 46m2 flat, at the last level, bottom of a small collective corridor. Quiet, it has a smoking balcony facing south and a large car park within fifty meters. It is located less than 800m from the Island of Nantes and 10 minutes by car from the airport. Tram 8 minutes walk.

The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a rural and quiet environment with private terrace overlooking the garden, not overlooked. There is parking in front of the entrance.
