Studio on the banks of the Loire

In a 20 m2 accommodation, we offer a bedroom (mezzanine bed) with bathroom and kitchenette. Our house is on the banks of the Loire with quick access to a pedestrian path. Close to Mauves train station (4 km), 15 minutes by car from the Southeast of Nantes. There is no parking in front of the house but possibility for a car 50 m away and in the adjoining streets for a larger vehicle. The street is very transient and requires vigilance when walking.

Free parking, private bicycle storage, nearby tram

Welcome to this 46m2 flat, at the last level, bottom of a small collective corridor. Quiet, it has a smoking balcony facing south and a large car park within fifty meters. Connected TV, bluetooth TV headset, microwave and grill, hotplates, coffee maker (tea / coffee provided), sheets, soap and towels also provided. It is located less than 800m from the Island of Nantes and 10 minutes by car from the airport. Tram 8 minutes walk.

In a quiet and wooded residential area, close to the tram-train, the ring road (close to the airport), shops, a leisure area (cinemas, restaurants), I welcome you to a house with a small garden, equipped kitchen, bathroom and spacious bedroom with queen size bed. The accommodation includes Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, oven and microwave. Easy and free street parking. Linens and towels are provided. Non-smoking accommodation.

The barn is an outbuilding of the farmhouse inhabited by the owners, located in a place called, 45 minutes from Nantes and 60 minutes from Rennes. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a rural and quiet environment with private terrace overlooking the garden, not overlooked. There is parking in front of the entrance.
