Beachfront holiday rentals in North Captiva Island

We had the most relaxing stay at Emily and Bo’s home. The pictures and description are totally accurate. The house was fantastic, nicely appointed, spotlessly clean, and in a peaceful neighborhood. We really enjoyed the lanai area, pool and spa, and being right on the canal was the best! Manatees swimming by, kayaking out to the mangroves with the bay so close was amazing. So many different bird species captured on my Merlin app too. The house has everything you need for a perfect stay. It’s important to note how comfy the bed was as well with soft linens. We definitely plan to book again and can’t wait to come back. Emily is a terrific host!

Beautiful well equipped home! Spotlessly clean. Kitchen was very well equipped and woefully designed and clean. Nice views, quiet setting and a Great boat dock. We had a wonderful stay! The house was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was how easy it was to access our boat; the location made everything so convenient, from docking to getting out on the water quickly. The host was responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

We only stayed 1 night, but it was a very nice and relaxing stay. Bed was very comfortable, however we did bring our own pillows. The pool and hot tub were relaxing as well. The gazebo shown on the picture does not exist, but that is okay as we stay under the covered area outside. Our puppy loved how much room he had to run in the backyard. We did have to fix the gate ourselves as it would not close properly and we didn’t want your puppy escaping. All in all it was an amazing nice stay and super relaxing! I cannot say enough about how responsive Wendy is. We had a few hiccups with our stay that had to do with a leak that occurred with the AC. Unfortunately, I had to call Wendy at almost 11 PM on our day of arrival and she picked up immediately! She worked to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible and stayed in communication with me the entire time. We visit this area often and I will definitely reach back out to Wendy for another stay :)

We had a wonderful stay at Sunset Villa. The home is in a peaceful neighborhood, surrounded by plenty to do. We felt safe at all times, and enjoyed on a consistent basis the beautiful pool and hot tub right out the back door. They were plenty of opportunities to fish, and enough space for our entire party to come together but also enjoy quiet time on our own. Regina is an incredibly responsive host, with tons of suggestions on how to fill your time. We would highly recommend this property!

We had a great time in Cape Coral thanks in large part to the perfect house. David’s place felt brand new and had everything you would need on a vacation. The outdoor area with sand pit, pool, hot tub, and kitchen was ideal for relaxing, swimming and dining. Being on the canals also made for great views. Robert from the management team was very helpful from the day we got there, and if there were any questions they were answered immediately. We’ve stayed in many houses through Cape Coral, and this one was by far the best. Will definitely try and stay here again.

Beautiful home! It was like having our own little private resort. Our last stay on FMB was prior to hurricane Ian. It was great to see all of the rebuilding going on here and on Sanibel. Love the area!

What a wonderful place!!! It was absolutely perfect for our family of 6. Had all the things we needed/wanted and more! Great location and beautiful view of the ocean. Easy walk to get to a nice beach. The beds were all SO comfortable. Kelly had a variety of sand toys for the kids, beach chairs/umbrella, and a variety of floaties. She was also quick to respond and SO helpful with the questions I had. Highly recommend staying at her place! Thank you Kelly for sharing your home!

The unit was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was excellent, and it had everything I needed to make breakfast each morning. While the grounds are still recovering from the hurricane, with some visible damage, the pools are open and fully functional. Overall, it didn’t detract from an enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo. The unit is completely updated with beautiful and luxurious finishes, furniture, light fixtures. The condo was super clean and had gorgeous ocean views. It had fully equipped kitchen with latest model appliances and every kind of kitchen gadget possible. Very quiet condo but very conveniently located. Publix and restaurants right across the road. We will come back for sure.

The house was incredible! It was perfect for our Girls trip. The pool was spotless, and the house exceeded our expectations ! It felt luxurious, but also relaxing and comfortable. We were able to cook great meals, grill outside, and sleep soundly. This place had everything we needed. We had one equipment issue, but Kenia was on top of it and sent a maintenance person and it was resolved within an hour ! We highly recommend this home for a beautiful, comfortable, fun place to stay.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – The Perfect Dockside Getaway! This Airbnb was everything I needed and more! Tucked away right on the water, the dockside views were absolutely stunning — mornings with coffee and sunsets with a drink felt like something out of a movie. The pool was clean, private, and the perfect spot to relax after a day out. The space was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed. It felt like a luxury retreat but with the warmth and comfort of home. Whether we were grilling by the dock, taking a dip, or just soaking up the peaceful vibes, every moment here was effortless and relaxing. Our host was super responsive and made sure we felt right at home. You can tell they truly care about your experience. I would 100% recommend this spot to anyone looking for a serene waterfront escape. I’m already planning my next stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was just as described! The kids loved the pool and being able to fish off the dock. Gina was responsive and helpful during our stay. Looking forward to visits in the future!

Amazing Stay at Blue Laguna – A Perfect Family Getaway. Communication with Solveigh was top-notch from the moment we booked through the end of our stay. She was responsive, helpful, and made everything seamless. Kale, the property manager, was absolutely fantastic—personable, attentive, and went above and beyond to assist us, even helping us to and from the ferry. He stayed in touch throughout our visit to make sure we had everything we needed. The house itself was stunning—beautifully maintained and fully stocked with everything our family could need, including a few things we’d forgotten. We cooked most of our meals at home and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, the water pressure in the showers was excellent, and everything felt clean and cozy. We especially loved starting and ending our days on the screened-in porch—just relaxing, reading, and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. Our only complaints? Five nights just wasn’t long enough!!!
