Arnoldo's home was a great environment for my family to gather after my graduation. the space felt open, homey, and safe especially for my toddler. The kitchen had everything and more provided to cook an enjoyable dinner while lounging in pool. Response time for questions was quick and timely. I would stay here again and recommend his stay to anyone looking to have a fun relaxing time spent with friends or family.

We had a great stay. This is a well established community with quick and easy access to all of the areas attractions. Very quiet. Never heard any noises or neighbors. Plenty of space and the backyard and pool are so well designed and installed. Heated pool came in handy as we had some cool weather a few days. Kitchen appliances and laundry equipment are new. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Easily accessible to both Tybee island and Downtown Savannah. A quick 5 min drive to grocery stores as well. Host did an amazing job of making our trip stress free.

Highly recommend for anyone staying in the area. Spacious, clean and perfect for the family. Kids enjoyed the pool and of course, ping pong. Amenities were plentiful! Hristina has all the details covered. We will most definitely be back!

What can I say that hasn’t already been said about this property? The charm, attention to detail, thoughtfulness and intentionality that went into this home are unmatched. Such a beautiful space with comfortable yet artistic touches. The kitchen had everything we needed and more, amazing water pressure, the plunge pool was a welcome break from the heat when we needed it. Lots of great local recommendations and helpful communication with Jen! We loved taking bike rides with the provided bicycles and the home is perfectly located between downtown Savannah and Tybee Island beaches. We enjoyed days in both places. But honestly we just enjoyed our time at the home as well because it was so well outfitted for a comfortable stay. I can’t recommend staying here enough! We cannot wait to come back and stay again. Thank you so much for making our 10th wedding anniversary truly memorable!

This place was amazing! Super clean, stylish, and even better than the photos. The pool and hot tub were absolute highlights—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing at any time of day. The outdoor area felt like a private resort! Nancy was very friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The house had everything we needed: comfy beds, a well-stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and thoughtful touches throughout. Quiet neighborhood and a great location too, close to the activities we wanted to do and places to see. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

It’s a lovely place. Very clean. Figuring out parking was a challenge. More information or clearer information on how to plan for that would’ve been great. The stairs were not that bad. The thing that was disappointing was that all the views we had were of major renovations happening all around the property, with who I assume are the neighbors. The view out the front was looking directly down and into a large dumpster. The view out back was a fairly demolished courtyard and portapotty. The workers rested on our stairs, etc. I realize this is outside of their control but at least a warning would have been appreciated. Otherwise, it’s close to a great many things. It was clean. It was well appointed. I would recommend overall.

Absolutely LOVED this place! It was so cute and the neighborhood is super safe— which I value as a female traveler. Keyan was very responsive and helpful, definitely the most helpful Airbnb host I’ve had! Lots to do in the area and very close to the historic district. The house itself had everything we needed and was very quaint and comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while visiting Savannah, would 100% recommend!

What a great find! Our 4 night stay at Gingerbread house could not have been better. The location along a quiet square (Green Square) was ideal and only a 10-15 minute walk to the river area. I also enjoyed the Urban Deli only 9 minutes away where they have a variety of healthy sandwiches, wraps, and salads, including many vegan options (my diet). The porch was great where we spent most of the mornings with our coffee and early evenings with a glass of wine before heading to a restaurant. The beds were really comfortable. Victor was very responsive and personable with very clear instructions and willingness to provide recommendation. We definitely stay there again and again....

Cute dog-friendly stay about 15 min outside Savannah! Fenced in yard, comfy beds, nice bathrooms. We really enjoyed our time here!

Everything was great, no issues. Check-in/out was simple. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the air b&b, but the location was great, we didn’t mind the walk to River street (about 15 minutes). Again, all good.

My husband and I made a last minute trip to Savannah. The location was perfect within walking distance of many activities and restaurants. The home was immaculate in a beautiful area. We loved the private patio for morning coffee. Will definitely stay here on our next trip to Savannah!

Excellent location to walk around Savannah. Close to many great restaurants and coffee shops. We loved the parking spots available in the back. If you have two vehicles, it is tight for large vehicles. We had a Nissan Armanda and a mini van rented during our stay. We were able to park comfortably. Anything larger would need to find available street parking. House was historic. It has been updated and is nice. Two showers in the downstairs rooms. Upstairs bathroom has tub. Lots of space to hang out. Beautiful neighborhood with picturesque view all around. Incredible place to stay in Savannah!

Amazing place in Savannah! It is small and quaint, but beautiful and very nicely decorated, with high-quality finishes throughout. The location is ideal for walking to all that Savannah has to offer. We parked our rental car (Nissan Versa) in the garage (which fit great as it is considered a compact car) and walked everywhere. You are a 3-4 minute walk from some of the most famous restaurants and popular places to eat or get ice cream, and less than 10 minutes from River Street. Only half a block from Broughton St where all the shops are. 18 minute walk to Forsyth Park. The bathroom was luxurious and we enjoyed relaxing in the bathtub every night after a long day of walking. The brick interior on some walls is a very nice touch. The house matches the style and architecture of some of the centuries-old homes in Savannah, yet is only 3-year-old new construction. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We absolutely loved this house! It was the most perfect location to get to Tybee Beach and to Savannah! The house was exactly as described. The master bed was comfy (and I’m picky). The kitchen was well stocked. The garage set up was perfect for my boys 16 and 12. There is an air conditioner in there that makes it so enjoyable. The pool looks small but is actually perfect for a handful of people. I always judge my rentals pretty hardcore and this was an amazing stay! Thank you for being great hosts!

This is an amazing house that is exactly as pictured! Incredible style, incredible location. Walkable to pretty much anywhere we wanted to go. Easy check in & check out. Even though we rented the “whole house” there are still quiet hours because of renters downstairs but we just moved the crew to the 3rd floor living room when we needed to. It didn’t end up being an issue. Well-stocked beautiful kitchen. The wall of blooming jasmine by the back door was the icing on the cake & just smelled incredible. Perfect place for a group of friends/family to stay.

The Parker House is absolutely perfect! We found it's location was spot on for walkability to all our tours, restaurant reservations, and close. It was extremely charming, comfortable, and cozy at the end of a busy hot Savannah day, We highly recommend and hope to stay again in the future.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this cute home. It was the perfect size for our family of three. Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable and the couch as more comfortable than expected. I appreciated a television in every room and easy access to wifi. Apart from the shower being small we had no complaints. Lelly was very responsive when I had a question. I would definitely stay there again when visiting Savannah.
