We had a lovely stay at Andrews place. Beautiful quiet and safe area with walking distance to cafés and restaurants. The cottage had everything we needed, a nice big bathroom, small fridge and a coffee station. Andrew was super nice and easy to communicate with. The only thing I would say is that the outside area didn’t quite match the pictures with kids toys and such, but if you’re not planning on being outside it won’t bother you. Other than that the pictures matches the cottage!

I'm giving this place 5 stars because Katy has outlined all the expectations to staying at her place, which included the low ceilings, possible footsteps, etc. When I was booking, she even double checked that I was okay with those things. With that said, I wasn't as okay with it as I thought I would be. The low ceilings bothered me more than it should and I didn't like the sounds of footsteps in the morning. Other than that, it was fine because we were here for a wedding and didn't spend too much time in the house. Overall, this place is exactly as described/how it looks in the photos. Katy is a great host. Just make sure you read the description before booking.

We loved our stay at Michelle and Garys' studio! It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood that is both conveniently located and easy to find. They were both gracious hosts and such cool people; we really enjoyed our conversations with them. The studio itself is a lovely, peaceful space, with plenty of room. Unlike many rentals, this is more akin to a well-appointed pied a terre, not a hastily converted garage, and was just perfect for our needs. We are looking forward to staying here again on our regular visits!

We loved our stay at Steve and Kathy's place! The space is quiet and peaceful and in a great location. Steve and Kathy were excellent hosts and very communicative. I would definitely stay there again next time I'm in the area and highly recommend it!

Our stay at Suzette's was immaculate. Her two dogs were so incredibly friendly and it was a pleasure to chat with Suzette and Clarence briefly, both so welcoming. The water pressure was great, neighborhood was quiet and safe, and check-in/out was so simple. You really cannot ask for a better AirBnB and it was certainly one of our best stays on the platform. We'd love to return!

Absolutely wonderful experience staying at Maria’s place. She went the extra mile to ensure my parents had a perfect stay, and her care and attention to every detail were clear from the start. The property is really really beautiful – thoughtfully designed, perfectly clean, quiet, private, and located in a lovely area. It’s very obvious how much Maria cares about both her home and her guests. We are so grateful for her kindness and hospitality, and we would definetly stay here again. Highly recommended!

This lower-level space in the hills above Studio City was very private and comfortable. The huge patio space and hot tub are unusual perks for an Airbnb rental. We were impressed with Adi’s responsiveness when we had trouble accessing streaming channels and working the mini-split remote. Solved all the issues immediately and was friendly. This space is maybe not for people uneasy with the narrow winding roads on the hills or with two flights of stairs down from the street, but we will happily return next time we visit family there. Parking was easy.

Ashley and her husband Donny were very easygoing and ready to please. Home was very well kept and made us feel very welcome. Location is great and lots of eateries and public facilities including excellent free parking! Neighborhood is safe and welcoming

Everything was perfect. I was especially impressed with the view, the comfort, and the privacy. Being able to have my coffee in peace, or even to unwind in front on the tv, after a day of activities, meant the world to me. I would definitely come back just to enjoy that beautiful, quiet space. Worth every penny.❤️

We really enjoyed our stay at Terri’s pace! The main plus for us was the location. It’s in a very nice and peaceful neighbourhood that’s easily walkable to lots of cool places or a short taxi ride to the main sites of Hollywood. Terri was always friendly and responsive, plus they were happy to accommodate our slightly later check-out time which we appreciated. Would recommend for anyone staying in WeHo for a few days!

We enjoyed our stay at Shanna’s cozy little oasis! Check-in was a breeze and the patio spaces for morning coffee were so cute and welcoming! The space had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay, and we’ll certainly be back again!

I booked this location of days prior, but Jeffrey was a very helpful and responsive host! Traveling solo, this place was very cozy and accommodating. Entire layout for one person was great, no complaints on my end. Check in was also very brief and easy, Jeffrey was very flexible with check in times which I have not always had the best luck with before. Only thing I think is a slight setback (which again, has nothing to do with the property itself) is its location up on a hill. If you plan on doing anything within walking distance, get ready to walk up the steep hill and steps this property has. I would recommend taking a Lyft/Uber if going out in the nearby area. Other comments include the proximity to the LA metro towards Union Station or Pasadena, if you are traveling on public transportation like I was.

We truly enjoyed our stay in the Hollywood Hills! The home was peaceful, beautifully designed, and surrounded by nature. The swing and treehouse-like deck made it feel like a hidden retreat. Everything was clean, thoughtful, and comfortable, and the host was wonderful. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed staying here, it was very clean and cozy! It also is near everything in LA so that was nice. I would stay here again!☺️

Amazing place the only thing I was hoping for was a regular table that I can sit on and work on my laptop all the tables are high tables and high chairs but other than that clean nice and safe place and the host Mark is amazing definitely would come back

Dan's place is a gem. Absolutely a great find. This was my first time in LA so I wasn't sure what to expect. We were welcomed with a bowl of melons. Much needed on a nice summer day. Thanks, Dan! The room is spacious and very comfortable. Loved open windows as we get light breeze throughout the day. We didn't explore much in this neighborhood. We drove to other places. WiFi worked great for my work. Overall, we had a great time. I am definitely going to look for this place when I come back to LA next time.

My second stay here and I always love every moment. Quiet, private and tucked away down some stairs at the back of the hosts' residence. Gregory is super friendly and very responsive to any questions or requests. Bed is super comfy (I have a lumbar disc issue and I did not experience any pain or discomfort). There is a sizable bathroom and attached closet with a sliding door for privacy. Perfect for a solo traveler, a couple or two very good friends. Plenty of coffee pods provided. Neighborhood is peaceful, safe and convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and freeways. Ample parking available that does not require a resident pass. Hoping to return next year for my annual visit!

The Simi Valley location was beautiful. A special feature were all of the peacocks around the yard, house and neighborhood. They were so cute! And there’s a really good Italian restaurant just down the street!

Jenny’s place was exactly as described. Flew in for a music festival, and her Airbnb was close enough to the venue. Cozy and peaceful neighborhood with many places nearby to shop and eat.

We absolutely love staying at Fanny's charming place! This was our second year in a row, and it continues to exceed our expectations. The place is super easy to find and access, making check-in a breeze. The host is truly amazing—always responsive and attentive, ensuring our stay is comfortable and stress-free. The location is fabulous, perfectly situated for convenience and exploring the area. Inside, the space is well stocked with everything we needed, which made us feel right at home. While parking is on the street, we never had any significant issues finding a spot, even if we had to hunt a bit sometimes. It’s a small trade-off for such a delightful place. We highly recommend Fanny's place and can’t wait to return for our next visit!

Chantal's cottage is a little slice of paradise! I don't even know where to start - the cottage itself is absolutely stunning. It's a small place, but so elegant and charming with tremendous attention to detail. The linens and decor are high-quality and extremely comfortable, and the hospitality is beyond compare. Chantal greeted us personally and made sure we were comfortable. There was a beautiful hand-written note and some delicious fresh fruit and snacks to welcome us. The backyard is idyllic with a swimmable pool and jacuzzi, and the neighborhood is lovely - one of the neighbors even has a horse in her backyard (it's an equestrian-friendly area)! The amount of thought that has gone into ensuring the comfort of guests is not something I have seen in other Airbnbs. There's nowhere else we would rather stay if we are in LA again. Thank you, Chantal (and Theo the spaniel) for a truly delightful stay.

We had a really great stay at Myrna & Bruce’s place! It was a hot few days, but the AC unit was up to the challenge thankfully. We loved the private quiet neighborhood, and the easy access to everything we had to do in North Hills, Malibu, and Westlake Village. The hosts were quick to respond to a few questions I had, also I must mention how clean the place was, and how lovely and plush the towels all were. Would stay again! Thank you.

The patio is very nice to sit there to eat or chat or relax, with all green trees and vegetations surrounding you. Comfortable bed and sofa. The neighborhood is quiet. We had good night sleep. Very good experience. Mic is very nice and friendly. Would come back again.

Loved staying here. We could walk to many great restaurants, shops and Silver Lake Reservoir. Very peaceful retreat from the city but with easy access.
