Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in North Island

This home’s 180+ degree views encompass a wide sailboard and surfers beach, Wellington airport’s final-approach flight path (which is quiet) and the mouth of Wellington Harbor. Therefore it is fun, fascinating and fulfilling.

Loved our stay ! Grant (and Ollie) were super friendly and looked after us excellenly. We all ejoyed the pool and spa pool - especially the pool toys and sun lounges. The views were stunning and was the perfect county escape for our small family. Highly recommend staying here !

Grace was so accommodating with our request for a long term stay while we waited to move into our new home. Communication was excellent and the place had all the amenities of home. The location was a bit further out than we realized but it was was beautiful and peaceful. Would highly recommend to others

Such a peaceful haven in a beautiful garden. So many thoughtful details here to make one feel comfortable. The outdoor shower was a real treat and falling asleep with the sound of the stream was a unique experience. Shanti is an excellent host who went over and above to make sure we had everything we needed.

The stay was very pleasant and the quality of the lodging was excellent. We loved the location and the tranquil setting. We were immediately met with their wonderful pet dog, which we truly loved (which is amazing since we tend to be cat oriented). We plan to visit this lodging in future vacations.

Really clean and comfy room with private bathroom next door. The house is beautiful with a nice little breakfast room and we got to use the BBQ and terrace aswell which were great. Short walk to see the shipwreck and to the town center with shops and restaurants. Overall can recommend.

She was so accommodating. Both very, very kind people. Peaceful place and the most beautiful gardens. And she had everything you could possibly ask for breakfast! I feel like they should charge more money. The bedroom also had its own little hang out spot with its own mini fridge as well!

Let me just say, if i am ever in Tauranga again (from Florida), I know a fantastic B&B. Laura is a warm and welcoming host and her accommodation is clean, stylish, and comfortable. She is a detail person and it shows. We loved the neighborhood. Mount Maunganui was an easy drive and a great hike. The hot water pool at the base was relaxing. Laura cooked for us one night after a full day of activity. Delicious. Our stay at Laura's was a highlight of our NZ holiday.

We had a very comfortable stay at Leanne’s place. It was clean, the bed was super comfortable with lovely linen, the couch was comfortable too! Leanne provided a heater and electric blankets to keep us warm and we loved the healthy food in the fridge! Definitely great value!

We were very happy to stay at Michele and Vicki’s place—it felt just like home. The accommodation was very tidy and exceptionally clean. I really enjoyed the food and drinks they provided, as well as their adorable dog! If we visit Taranaki again, their place will definitely be our first choice.

Thank you for the pride you take in your air b n b. The fire was lit when we arrived and the place felt so comfortable. It was the perfect spot to unwind and spend some quality time together. The hosts checked in and made sure we had everything we needed despite them being quite busy. They took the time to meet us - they were a lovely couple. We were able to walk to the local shops where the locals were also were very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend this place and will definitely stay again for a quick getaway.

We loved staying at Lisa’s place! It’s an excellent spot to stay and not far away from the mount. The place is cozy and clean. The breakfast was very yummy and it was great to be able to watch the warriors game in the theatre room. We can definitely recommend staying here!

Awesome place, walking distance from coffee shops, restaurants, supermarket, and all Havelock North has to offer. A short drive from Te Mata Peak. The unit was spotless and warm, and the host was amazing! Thank you.

Steve and Pauline were so accommodating! Pauline met us on arrival and talked us through everything we needed, they both provided recommendations for all the activities we planned on doing during our stay, which were extremely helpful! The best part of our stay was the outdoor hot tub where you could view the stars for miles, it was incredible. Thank you both, we will definitely be back next time we’re in the area! X

Kim's accommodation is wonderful — we would definitely come back! Kim is also very kind, attentive, and friendly. The room even exceeded our expectations, with a fantastic breakfast, a comfortable bed, and everything was very clean and cozy.

A wonderful stay, peaceful, warm and tasteful but modern decor. Spacious with a comfortable large bed. Plenty for breakfast with little home cooked extras. Well well worth the money with a host that does all she can to make the stay comfortable.

Tersia was a wonderful host, and the abode was a gorgeous home away from home. All the little touches made it such a lovely stay. Great books, divine bathroom, comfy bed, loved the decor, ease of access and how peaceful it was. Will be back to stay again when heading back to Auckland.

Absolutely loved this Airbnb, it’s amazing!!! The whole setting was wonderful and different. We loved the uniqueness of this tasteful wee holiday home, not your typical set up so if you’re after something a bit different definitely check this place out! It is quirky yet well planned, colourful and provides everything you could possibly need and more. I stayed with my mum and 1yr old granddaughter and the space met all our needs. It has a great variety of seating areas and different spaces to hang out, we loved this. The caravan was our sleeping space, it was very comfortable, is large and provided the 3 of us with enough space. Jacqueline as lovely and very helpful. Thanks heaps Jacqueline for the chocolates, fruit, milk, butter, juice, jams, breakfast food and everything else!! We loved all of it and will be recommending your Airbnb 😊
