Beautiful place to stay! Highly recommend😎

The villa is beautifully and restfully decorated and very bright. Spotlights bring a cozy vibe. The beds are very good. We needed blackout curtains. Reflector vests and headlamps can be found in the coat rack. The dishes are well and beautiful. There are all the tools for cooking. Vacationers felt very welcome. It was pleasant to do business with the landlady. There were three generations of us spending a holiday week in this beautiful and cozy log villa.

The cottage was just as it should be. A neatly sized, functional, and very neat ensemble. There were beautifully laid beds and a heated baking oven waiting for us.

This property is peaceful, clean and cozy. It corresponded to the information provided about the property: The glazed balcony and the spacious river landscape visible from all windows crown the ensemble. For those traveling by car, a parking space is available at the same price. Life is made easier by S-market across the street. It is open Mon-Sat from 7 am to 10 pm, Sun from 9 am to 10 pm. The distance between the accommodation and the city center is short. Just cross the river along the Suvantos bridge and you are already at the market. If you wish, you can leave your car in the parking lot and move around carefree on foot without parking problems. Communication with the hosts went smoothly without any problems. I stayed directly from the hospital after hip surgery, with the help of a rollator. Barrier-free access in the apartment, the scooter fit conveniently in the shower, where it was used as a seat, in addition to moving around the room. Everything from seasoning to hygiene supplies was available. The apartment is clean, really quiet, a few steps from the car you can get in, as well as go out. When checking in and out, Markku was empathetic and flexible. The place is now the absolute number one on my list of accommodation for my visits to Joensuu! I highly recommend it!

Really nice and tidy apartment in a good and quiet place.😊 Nice neighborhood! Short distance to the store and downtown services. Everything you need was found in the apartment. A big plus is the air heat pump and sauna! Easy and flexible check-in thanks to the key box. We are really satisfied with this accommodation!😊

Elian’s place was just perfect for our “ take-it-easy” agenda. The large and well furnished/ decorated place surrounded by greenery, felt like a perfect gateway. And it’s just a few kilometers from all the city attractions. So, we could easily visit all the main attractions. Ended our evening in a warm sauna, carefully prepared by her son. Thanks Hugo, it was just the right thing to call it a day.

If you're looking for affordable, small, and functional accommodations, this is for you. Fairytale was a very friendly and caring hostess, gave good instructions, and answered questions quickly.

Leena is a great host and has her apartment very tastefully and functionally furnished, you can find small tips and instructions everywhere, everything is ready, the check in was easy, although we had booked very short notice. We enjoyed the beautiful large balcony and the Finnish landscape. Lehmo is a bit outside, the buses run hourly, but there are also good bike paths to Joenssuu. We wish Leena many more nice guests!

Great location. Short distance to the market and shops and restaurants. Grocery store across the street. Sports facilities a couple of blocks away. The residents of the house are really nice; they greet and are helpful. The balcony is shady, so it is nice to sit when it is not hot. The apartment also stays cool. Good bed. Suitable for two adults + one child (now only one person). The freezer is a good addition; in the summer, it is nice to be able to store more ice cream. The only downside to the stove; food burned and stuck to it by customers. I would like guests to clean up after themselves immediately. Given the size of the apartment, the dining table is far too large; it takes up a lot of space in a small room.
