Asunto sijaitsee Loma-Kolin sydämessä. Vierestä lähtee useita hiihto-, pyöräily- ja patikointireittejä. Kolin jäätie on lähes mökin vieressä ja Kolin huipulle on n. 15 min matka. Kolin kansallispuistomaisemaa on kuvattu Suomen kauneimmaksi, ja tekemistä riittää ympärivuotisesti!

Log cabin by a clear water lake

Small log cabin with spectacular lake views. There is an extendable bed (2x80cm) in the cabin, as well as a kitchenette (running cold water). Sheets and towels provided. Electricity. Rent includes private use of a spacious wood burning sauna by the lake, about 2h per day (sauna also used by the owners). You can book your slot at arrival. Access to hot water in sauna (heated by wood). Dry toilet next to the sauna. Use of a rowing boat. Cabin is located 50 meters from the house of the owners.

Studio in a quiet area in Niinivaara

A neat 21m² studio is located on the edge of the park in a quiet residential area of Niinivaara. However, the building is located on the same plot with a detached house and with its own entrance. Nearby you can find: hospital services 1,4km, S-market (open 24/7) 700m, pharmacy, restaurants and ski trails/jogging trails start from the backyard. The guest has a bicycle available. Long deck by the water, summer kitchen, balcony on top of water, rowing boat, wood-fired sauna - all this is waiting for you in Ukonniemi. Boat house is excellent for remote work too as it is equipped so that all you need to bring along is your laptop. We are located on a northern Ukonniemi vineyard. You can explore nature and lake Pyhäjärvi during your stay!

Sparkling - sauna cabin by the rapids

Kuohu is an atmospheric, warm sauna cottage completed in 2015 by a small river. In the ring of a raft, you can relax in the sauna, barbecue, or outdoor fire. The cottage is located on a small dirt road, in complete privacy. Koli National Park is about. 30min drive, Höytiäinen Beach is just over 2km away. Canoes available and local foodie packages available for rent from us.
