HOWEVER, we are not in the hotel district. The closest hotel is 2 blocks away, so be aware of the location when booking.

The Quarters at Rockwater; Unit A

The Quarters at Rockwater is a 4-unit complex located along the Arkansas River Trail which is a biking & pedestrian trail that links the downtowns of Little Rock and North Little Rock and extends to scenic routes beyond. A mix of downtown vibrancy and small-town community make this a win-win option for guests who can also choose between the rental of only one unit or even all four. Unit A is a first level, 2 bedroom, 1 bath apt with an open kitchen, dining, and living space with private patio.

Historic Carriage House in SOMA

This is a NO-Smoking anywhere on the property. Please message me if your traveling with dogs. There is a $20 pet fee per night for a maximum of two dogs. Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. My place is an easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. There is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Check in: 4pm Checkout: 11am.

Come be our guest in our stylish 3 bedroom, 2 bath bungalow. Every detail of the home has your comfort and enjoyment in mind. Out of town guests couldn't ask for a more convenient location just off the interstate yet tucked into the gorgeous Park Hill neighborhood. The home is child and pet-friendly (all pets must be house-trained and do have a one time $35 pet fee). Whether you stay for a night or a week, you'll wish it could be longer!

The Layover is a located in the up and coming neighborhood of Pettaway and is located on the property of the main home. It's a 7 minute drive to the airport, 10 minute walk to the bustling area of SOMA, a 5 minute walk to MacArthur Park, and many more convenient close destinations. It's perfect if you have a quick stay in Little Rock or just need a place to rest and relax.

The Cozy Nook @ Stifft’s Station

Perfect for those who appreciate a touch of vintage charm, this unit offers a cozy and intimate space. Snuggle up in the comfortable queen bed, prepare a simple meal in the well-equipped kitchen, and relax in the unique ambiance of this thoughtfully decorated unit. The private apartment is attached to our townhouse and has a separate entrance with street parking right in front. When you enter, you will go up a lucky 18 steps to the open living and kitchenette area. It has a queen sleeper sofa, dining table and TV. The bedroom has a queen size bed and the bathroom has a tub/shower combo and large walk-in closet.

The Backyard Treehouse

Welcome to the Midtown Treehouse. My husband and I built and designed this 350sqft treehouse to be a peaceful retreat for our guests. The property is located behind our primary residence. Although this location is nestled among the trees you are only 2-3min drive from the Heights, where you can enjoy local restaurants and shops.
