clean and spacious 1 bedroom apt with a small office at 1st floor, a house in convenient place, up to the hill, climb steps and stairs. a few mins walkable distance to public transportation, buses run to subway 1, around 10 mins. then to manhattan, around 30 mins. a couple mins walkable distance to stores and supermarket, restaurants, and groceries. shared porch and back yard. If drive a car, parking on street. u need to arrive earlier, 5 pm or 6 pm, then u can find a spot non smoking.
