Monthly Rentals in North Scottsdale

We enjoyed our second stay at Callista’s 1BR unit in the Signature condo complex. The condo is spacious, very clean, and very convenient. The kitchen is well stocked and having a washer dryer is handy. There is a nice gym and two pools and hot tubs. The owners left helpful guidelines and recommendations. Highly recommend.

Space was perfect, in a great area. Loved the pool area and simple checkout instructions. Will stay here again for sure

I absolutely love this place and will be staying here again next time I’m in Arizona. The place is very well kept and I felt right at home. Location is also awesome as there’s tons of great restaurants and places to shop etc. The BAVR team was very responsive and communication was great. Highly recommended!

Lovely, clean, well-appointed condo with easy access to the heated pool and gym on the property. Joanna was proactive with her instructions for finding parking and accessing the condo, and she was very quick to respond to messages. I would absolutely stay here again.
