This bright, two room, private apartment takes up the third floor of an old Victorian row home. It a third It is located on a tree lined street, just off the park, and is a ten minutes walk to Yale old campus and downtown New Haven. There is plenty of free street parking, out front. With a full kitchen, separate living room with desk and TV, private bedroom, and full bath with tub/shower, it's a nice home-away-from-home, or cozy vacation spot. Great for weekend visits or longer extended stays

We are conveniently located between the North and South Forks of Long Island. We are in walking distance to the Hampton's Jitney. A 2 min drive to the LIE. And just a 40 min drive to the Orient Pt Ferry. We are 30 mins to The Hamptons, and 5 mins to the LIRR. Most importantly we can assure your stay with us will be, peaceful and comfortable.

Walk to everything including shops and restaurants. Town Beach and doc are just under 1.5 miles away. The second bedroom has a twin bed. You have to walk through twin room to get to master. Apartment is one floor with no steps. Bathroom is tiled and shower is walk in with no lip or tub and is easily accessible.
