Monthly Rentals in North Syracuse

My extended stay at Sally’s place was lovely! Keyless entry was very convenient and secure. The pictures and description matched perfectly. The large desk with comfortable gaming chair was wonderful to set up my laptop and do work. The kitchen had all the amenities I needed for light cooking. The electric tea kettle was a nice touch! The bathroom was extremely clean, and the water got nice and hot in the shower. The W/D in the basement was a bonus, especially for someone with an extended stay. Sally is a wonderful host & communicator with prompt responses and, making my stay feel even more comfortable. It is a very convenient location just minutes from any restaurant or store you could need. I would absolutely recommend Sally’s place for anyone coming to the Syracuse area!

The Cozy Cape was definitely that! I was very happy with the home and the location; quiet, yet close to everything we needed.

It was a very good value and location. Steps up are steep and narrow. Difficult to get a big suitcase up. Also, a little confusing because the unit is invisible from the street, and driving by it appears to be an insurance agency. Perhaps a sign on site assuring guests the are indeed at the right place.

Ryan's place is one of the best Airbnb homes we have visited and pictures do not do the place justice. The open concept layout is great and the entire house is furnished and decorated beautifully. The living room is so cozy with the electric fireplace and the leather recliner (which is not in the pictures) in addition to the sofa. The master bedroom is very spacious and there is a second TV which my husband appreciated. The house is fully equipped and very clean. This was the second time staying at this Airbnb and we will stay here whenever we are in the area. This house is conveniently located to so many stores and restaurants and only 2 min to Target, Tops, Panera bread, McDonald's and 3 min to Starbucks. Wegmans and Trader Joe's is only about 8 min away and Syracuse U is 18 min away. This is a perfect housee for any SU families visiting their child.
