Welcome to my pet friendly Airbnb. The apartment is at the back our house, separated by our double garage. You have your own bedroom, living space, kitchenette, bathroom, carpark and rear garden. Please note that there is no oven in the kitchenette. A microwave and electric frypan are supplied. Central location, walk to the supermarket, shops & eateries. Unlimited Wi-Fi, Freeview, Chromecast and continental breakfast included. Only a 15 minute drive to Dunedin city or airport.

Seaside Studio

This 'tiny home' is set in our beach garden and a 2 minute stroll down the access track will take you onto a stunning beach. The studio is comfortable, warm and ideal for a 1 night getaway. There are limited cooking facilities but a 7 minute drive takes you to Green Island where you'll find Fresh Choice, McDonald's, Biggies pizza and other takeaway shops. Popular Brighton Beach and cafe is a 5 minute drive away, the CBD 20 minutes and Dunedin Airport is also a 20 minute drive.

Our place is nestled in the heart of the Taieri Plains on a 25ha working farm. The original half of the homestead was built in 1868, and while the guest accomodation was developed about a century later, it has been tastefully designed to replicate the character of the main home. This studio room features a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom with under-floor heating, and a kitchen (please see house rules for restrictions) along with a high standard of comfort provided by double-glazed windows and doors, full insulation and a heatpump to keep you comfortable during the colder part of the year. There is an adjacent studio very similar in set-up with a queen and a single bed. Off-street car parking is available right outside the space.

Located just 4km from Mosgiel, 15 Minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Dunedin. We are situated in a quiet rural location and have a near new 1 bedroom, fully self contained unit. Sit and enjoy the sunny north facing deck and watch the lambs playing in the paddock. If you are attending equestrian events at the nearby Mosgiel Showgrounds grazing may be available for your horse depending upon season, please ask first, extra charges may apply.

Tūī retreat - a nature lover’s paradise!

If you love being surrounded by nature but also desire proximity to town, this is the place for you! The tui retreat is a quiet and serene space surrounded by native bush and bird life. You’ll stay in the sleepout, which is a brand new, fully insulated, space which is fully detached from the main house. It has a queen bed (linen and electric blanket provided), it’s own private bathroom, mini fridge, table and chairs, and tea/coffee making facilities.
