Holiday rentals with beach access in Northern Rivers

A very special stay in a very special place. Fabulous location and very comfortable in every way. Loved the private garden for Sun bathing and star gazing! Magic!

Lovely space, kitchen had all basic amenities to cook meals at home, bathroom was very nice, staying overnight and arriving late, didnt quite have time to enjoy the delicious bath. But robyn was great in responding timely accepting a late booking and providing information which was helpful to our stay. Also super grateful she allowed my pup to join for the stay. Thanks for having us.

Tony’s place is a real gem! Located right on the waters edge with an osprey nest overlooking the verandah. Doesn’t get much better. Tony was extremely friendly and forthcoming. We’ll definitely be back!

The apartment gets ample sunlight, we went in june so it was nice to get sun in the morning Tram stop is about 5 mins walk and so is easy to travel by public transport even late at night. The apartment was well kept and clean. We had asked for an extra mattress for the kid, which was provided with sheets

I would highly recommend staying at Lynne’s place. The location is ideal and was nice sitting out on the deck chairs in the morning. It was a nice touch having binoculars in the accommodation which allowed us to see whales & dolphins on our coastal walks. The accommodation has sea views which is nice seeing the sunrise early in the morning. There’s multiple nice restaurants within walking distance. The perfect place to relax and unwind from the busy urban lifestyle. We’ll be returning to Yamba for sure!

Had a great long long weekend at Asta’s. A short walk into town made it easy to pop in and out. Great kitchen and all the appliances needed. Nice tea and coffee options on offer. Good outside area and just metres to the pool! Highly recommended!

It was such a nice experience to stay at David and Sandra's place. The house has everything you need to make yourself at home. David was very attentive and responsive at all times. They look after the pool and facilities so that makes it very easy for you. We did not have to contact them for cleaning the pool. Before we notices it was already done before we had to ask. Place is well kept. It is close to a beautiful entrance to Tallow's beach. In spite of bad weather, we made the most out of our stay. You have everything close to you at walking distance if you do not want to go into town. Suffolk it is only 10 minutes drive from Byron Bay, so it makes things very easy. I believe it is a great location for a relaxed holiday with the family close enough to main attractions wihouth necessarilyn been in the heart of Byron. We would definitely recommend David and Sandra's beautiful home.

Such a lovely location! Easy walk to the water and dog-friendly beach. The house was very clean and well stocked with crockery, linen and soap etc. The people in Yamba are so friendly and kind. We had a wonderful time!

Great place to stay in close proximity to the beach. Bedding configuration allowed each adult to have their own space (we were travelling single adults with a toddler).

Staying at Jodie’s place was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. Short walk to a beautiful beach, interesting old beach neighbourhood surroundings. Well stocked with breakfast and other foods and condiments. Fairly easy to cook for yourself as we did. Very spacious yet comfortable and cozy. Really loved our stay. Thanks Jodie 😊

This Airbnb was an absolute dream! The location couldn't have been better—just steps away from the beach with direct access that made morning walks and sunset views incredibly easy and relaxing. The area was peaceful yet close to everything we needed, from great restaurants to local shops. The weather during our stay was perfect—sunny skies and a gentle breeze every day, which made lounging by the water and exploring the area even more enjoyable. We felt like we were in a little slice of paradise. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Leah’s house was beyond beautiful – it felt like we had been transported to a Balinese tropical paradise! We stayed for the weekend with family to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and we didn’t want to leave the house – it was that stunning. Every single corner was thoughtfully and immaculately decorated, from the unique statement lamps to the incredible art pieces throughout the home. The attention to detail was unmatched. The outdoor pool and shower were absolute highlights – so serene and luxurious! This place is a true gem. We loved everything about it and would come back in a heartbeat. We really loved the location of Sammi's place, super close to shops, beach front and restaurants/cafes. Plenty to do, but also a great spot to relax and watch the waves roll in. Everything was accounted for and we felt right at home as soon as we stepped through the doors. Definitely recommend this gem and will return!

We had a really good 4 night stay. Great location, walking distance to everything. Check in was easy, clear pictures on where to find the keys. Good accom if you have little ones as in the cupboard there were a bucket and shovel, scooters and boogie boards provided. The only downside was there was a smell that lingered around the whole time and no hot water the morning we were checking out so could not shower.

Perfect place for a couple getaway! Great location, close to the beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. We watched the sunrise and sunset from the balcony each day! Amazing views. Both hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Till next time!

Aaron’s place was great. Beds were comfy, you’ll feel right at home. It has an amazing view of the city and the ocean. It’s close to the beach and shops. We had an awesome stay!

Spacious villa with beautiful views. Loved seeing the water birds, boats and the stars over the water at night. Very responsive hosts, good communication.

Jac’s place provided a very comfortable stay in Pottsville. The amenity was great with excellent kitchen facilities and utensils. Very nice bathroom reflects a thoughtful design when undertaking a renovation . Lounge/ sitting are was comfortable. Outside courtyard was a pleasant addition for a unit.

Lovely stay convenient to everything. Beautiful weather and was lovely to see so many whales out the front. We do love coming back to this stunning area. ☀️ 🐳
